I have never seen Dr. Ansara, but Danielle Keys, PA, is awesome. She is the saving grace of this place. But its not enough to keep me here. I dont know what is going on, but talking to a real person here is impossible. I have very limited time in which to make calls and I just dont have time to play the phone tag game. I communicate solely through email with them because that is the only way to get a response. But its not good enough. Sometimes I just need to talk live to a person. If you dont have time to talk to patients, who are the reason you get paid by the way, then there needs to be a change. Its too late for me though.

I have been a patient here for many years I love the personal relationship and professionalism that Dr. Ansara provides, shes amazing and takes her time with you which is rare these days. I have said many times I wish you could be my primary doctor as well! You wont be sorry if you choose Regency

Ive been a patient for years now. Ive been calling to reschedule an appointment for 3 weeks. Leaving messages on the schedule change prompt voice mail. Never got a a reply back from them. What the heck is going on with this office. Disapointed

Called & emailed multiple times and never got a response. If youre not accepting new clients you can say so instead of having people waste time. If youre a new patient do yourself a favor and please look elsewhere.
