The office is a joke! I called and asked if I could get a Hep A shot before going to Africa. I was then told that since it had been a year and a month since my last physical I was no longer considered a patient and they would have to "review" to see if they would accept me back. I had been going to Dr. Riggs for over 6 years and never even met the woman. Only the NP is who I would have contact with and the office cant even keep one for longer than a year. Dont put your life and safety in the hands of an office who only cares about turning and burning patients for money. Find someone who truly cares!

We came to Dr. Riggs with our 3 months old baby girl, and my wife came out in shock, disbelief, and almost to the point of tears. Dr. Riggs simply doesnt seem to care - she talked much more than listened, she didnt offer much of any advice on anything (it was our first visit, after all), and she didnt even check the babys temperature (or washed her hands) OR had a doctors gown on her, for that matter. Unbelievable unprofessionalism! Never again will we set our foot at her office (whats with having to wait for 45 minutes, btw, being scheduled first in the morning on a wednesday?!).

Ive been going to Dr. Riggs for many years. I would not go anywhere else. Ive also referred friends to her and they also love her. The fact that shes so knowledgeable always puts my mind at ease if I have any medical concerns and is of utmost importance to me. Having to wait sometimes in the waiting room is much less important than having a medical professional I can trust. If shes running late its most likely because shes been detained with her hospitalized patients that she sees at both Aultman and Mercy Medical.

We started seeing Dr. Riggs when our son was born. After we found out that her practice included adults, we all started going to see her. My son, daughter, my husband and I really like her practice. We can often get in same- day, if not with a doctor, a more than helpful nurse practitioner. While Dr. Riggs is blunt, but we enjoy her no-nonsense approach to being our family doctor. She cares for my family and I would recommend her and her practice.

Ive been going to Dr. Riggs for over 10 years. Shes always been awesome and so are the other doctors & nurse practitioners in her practice. Shes very blunt, but shes a great doctor. I even drive 40 minutes to go there now.
