I have been seeing Dr. Bougoulias for over 10 years. I am VERY picky when it comes to doctors. Dr. Bougoulias is extremely attentive and treats his patients with a great deal of respect (not something you always see). He will take the time to answer your questions and discuss concerns. He has staff that have been with him as long as I have been going who are very helpful - especially Lisa. His current office is new and up to date. Very comfortable waiting area. I will say this - because he does his best to not overschedule patients (leaving people waiting for hours) it is sometimes hard to get an emergency day of appointment. To me, that is a good thing. If you have chest pains, you should be going to the ER. If you have a flu and cannot get in to see him, then go to a quick care. I will continue to see Dr. Bougoulias as long as he has a practice here/I am living in the area.

Overall Im not very satisfied with how they handle their patients. I was scheduled an appointment and told it would be for the following Thursday when I called them back up with concerns about my referal to the Mayo Clinic which was supposed to be sent out months before, the subject was changed to be told I need to follow up with a different specialist, they had no info on the Mayo Clinic. After all this my appointment was canceled saying "theres no reason to see us" when I addressed my concerns I was scheduled a month out for July 30th. I also called the Mayo Clinic directly who had no info about the referral. I wouldnt recommend them for treatment.

Dr. Bougoulias is not attentive at all and when a client called wanting to schedule because she had been having chest pains they did not schedule accordingly, they scheduled her two weeks out. Which is ridiculous for the medical concerns she has.
