I been going to hunt club for years I came in today because I was not feeling well, I see Roz the receptionists greet a white man standing in front of me very nicely yes sir no sir I approach the window after him her while attiude change ask for my copay and told me to fill out some forms which I filled out over millions times i told Roz I did not feel good and can i do it another time she told me no very firmly and I will not see the doctor without the forms fill out n my copay payed now....she is very racist, rude, nasty but told the guy in front of me they will collect his copay after he see the doctor...things got worse after that they called the police on me caused I cursed Roz out I called the police on them for being racist..Its a shame Dr. michael Gordon did not show his face at all and he allows this kind of behavior at his practice...very racist practice only seen 3 black woman working that day and they looked scared...Roz talks to me like this everytime I come to this place I cursed her out because I was sick and tired of being treated like Im nothing..then to top it off her office manager sits up there by them and allow them to talk to patients like this but of course she is white too. So sad Dr.Gordon runs his office like this...I will never return and I will never refer a nobody else here...if u black dont go there u will be treated like trash...and I bet u there black workers are treated like trash....HUNT Club Medical is a no for me and Im call my insurance and let them know what kind of practice they running...

This office is absolutely a scam. I went here because i had chest tightness and i was coughing up little stones, to this day i have no idea what is going on with me. I saw the doctor and i offered to show him what it is i have been coughing up. He declined. He said he cant see anything in my throat. He saw me for about 10 minutes and didnt ask many questions at all. He randomly left out of the room not telling me anything about a diagnosis, also he kept pushing for me to set an appointment for blood work and shots that i did not need. he pushed these more than he talked about the reason i was there. He prescribed me medicine for asthma which i have never had in my life. I called back to complain i still had an issue that wasnt resolved the first time and they only offered to have me come in and pay for what was probably to be another appointment where nothing was fixed. this place is a waste of time. go somewhere where u will actually get treated and they know how to diagnose. (UPDATE) after writing this review i received a letter in the mail stating that im not allowed back due to "non compliance". This had nothing to do with non compliance because i never was rude and i paid my co pay before seeing the doctor. So childish. I called back in to see why i was unable to return. Every time i spoke to someone i was put on hold and the call was picked up and disconnected again...extremely unprofessional behavior.

Dont go here! They dont care about you, just your money. Wish I had seen these other reviews before I gave these people my money. Took my Girlfriend in because we both had a stomach bug. We didnt get to see a Dr, only a Physicians Assistant. The PA ran tests she didnt need and left us sitting in the room for 20 mins just to come back and tell her she "probably has a stomach virus" and needed to just "let it run its course." When she told the PA she needed a work note for the dates she was gonna be out the PA would only write the note for half the time and wouldnt even listen when my girlfriend tried to explain the unique circumstances of her job. She said if she still didnt feel well later that week to just call and she would write an extended note. $200 later we left with nothing we needed, just less money. Later that week, still not feeling well, my girlfriend called and was told she had to come in to see the PA again before she could get another note for work. Another $200 just for a piece of paper?! We took our money somewhere else where the Dr.s actually care about you and dont try to scam you out of your hard earned money.

They are two face. They pretend they care but they real dont care. They just want your money. They dont care about you heath and they dont care how much you spend. I went there and was diagnosed with bronchitis! I knew it was not bronchitis and I told the doc is there anything else I can have. She said no. Then she gave me prescription for a 10 day antibiotic. I told her I would like a 5-7 day antibiotic and she said there wasnt one since Im allergic to a medication in the 5 day medication. I told her I been given that med before and I was fine. So she gave me the meds here I am over a week later still sick! And I called 3 pharmacist and they all told me the medication Im allergic to is not in the medication she gave me. So summery is they didnt listen to my symptoms, they werent educated on their medication and when I called them and explained all this to them. They said I had to pay to see the doc again. Are you kidding? Im not rich. My health is important but I pay for them to check me out and listen and think then diagnose me. Waste of time and money

My husband was in a roll over accident with head trauma and we were able to get workers comp to approve dr. Gordon, whom my husband has seen for about 6 years. During the first in home wound dressing the nurse said we needed to go to our primary or the ER immediately because his blood pressure was 200/120 which could mean issues with his brain and possible swelling or bleeding. Hunt club refused to see him because apparently I had a $118 balance on MY account which had nothing to do with him or workers comp!. If this office truly cared about its patients heres how it could have played out, "absolutely bring him in and we can take care of your account when you get here". But instead the billing person hung up on me and the office manager demanded I pay before we they would even acknowledge my husbands urgent needs! We went to ORMC instead to get the help we needed and the next day I received a certified letter that because of my behavior I would not be welcome back, which made me laugh...Its kind of like the trash took itself out!

went in for what was supposed to be a physical exam but the receptionist decided to change the notes on the apointment to an office visit without even telling me about it. Apparently you cannot bring up concerns during annual physical exams, according to them that is not what they are for. Checked in for my appointment and no mention of the type of apointment, taken back by the nurse and never informed of the type of appointment, sitting with doctor and no mention of the type of apointment. Did not find out that it was considered an office visit until checking out, which was a surprise because it was supposed to be covered as a physical annual exam and not a charge of $140. Unwilling to refund amount due to lack of informing patients of what they are getting. DO NOT GO HERE. The doctor is nice but the staff is unprofessional - did not call when they said they would and kept placing the blame to other people. Horrible experience.
