Doctors office hour one: I have been here for what seems like days if I dont get seen soon they are going to have to treat me for eating off my own arm. It doesnt seem to matter if youre early, on time, or late... The law of the land is all must wait and wait and wait while regretting terribly in these arctic temperatures that they wore flip flops and didnt bring a jacket. The staff is friendly but I dont think anyone owns a clock. If you book an appointment here clear your schedule for the rest of the day and bring snacks, a blanket, and something to entertain yourself. My appointment was at 10:00 and it is now 11:30. After waiting 30min in the lobby they moved me to a room where I think theyve surely left me to die ...This might be my last Google review.

I can not say enough about this practice. They are absolutely wonderful. I have had problems with insurance since November of 2016 with my insurance dening there claims because of an error. They could have sent my account to collections but they worked with me to find a resultion to my problem.

Doctors around here really skimp on their "help," and it shows. I have heard good things about the doctors here, but the staff is bargain-basement, lazy, and stupid. I decided to just go to another doctor after dealing with them. Customer service matters, even with doctors.

Dr Shah, save my life from a difficult time. I had idea that I was ill for so long. I was referred from primary about my nostril and breathing. It has been two years and i am thankful to breathe, sleep, not choking with meals, and happy to smell delicious meals again!
