Absolutely unparalleled customer service! I cannot say enough good things about them. Their technicians (Tatiana, Sam, and Mihai) have expert opinions and work for YOU to get you the most savings and fabulous frames that compliment you perfectly. Sam is phenomenal and totally hooked me up and replaced my broken frames for FREE with a much more expensive pair at no charge! Everyone is friendly, genuine, knowledgeable, and they all have an impeccable sense of style. They are there for you, not only to get you seeing straight , but to save you money and and make you look your best. Well worth the drive! I recently moved back to the area but had not yet established myself with an eye doctor and was having an issue that I needed remedied right away (on a Saturday). After visiting an urgent Care facility they provided a few optometrists that might have Saturday hours. I showed up without an appointment, explained my situation, and thankfully Dr. Ben Larson was available to see me. He addressed my issue and concerns and made me feel very at ease, along with the other members of the staff (I hope I have the names correct-Heather, Kate, and Sam, who did a great job helping me pick out some new glasses :-)! I cannot say enough about how much I appreciate the team there and have found my new home for eye care!

This is the Best, the BEST, doctors office we visit. Every year I leave seeing better (obviously) and feeling like I am doing the best thing for my vision. I only get one set of eyes and while my set is not that great every time I walk out I know they have gotten me to the best place for my vision, and it always takes extra time. Great Place, Staff is friendly and Doctors are top notch. Better than my old eye doctor in the midwest, he was a "this is your only option" kinda guy. It is probably not as cheap as a chain store but dang it is worth it!!!!!

Dispite problems with my insurance, Advanced Eye Cares staff went all out to make sure I got the glasses I need. Dr Ben Larson and the medical staff were great and the exam they performed was far and above anything I have ever experienced in 5 years of wearing glasses. Their office makes full use of the available technology to ensure that you get a thorough and comfortable exam that results in the correct perscription to correct your vision. I highly recommend Advanced Eye Care to anyone looking for a new place to get their glasses or contacts.

Each time I visit this practice, I always have a pleasant experience. From the time I check in at the reception desk to the conclusion of my appointment. The entire staff is friendly, professional and knowledgeable. I know I am receiving the best quality care, which gives me peace of mind. I will be wearing glasses for the first time and Im excited about the glasses Sam helped select for me. I have been wearing glasses for 50+ years. This office was by far the most superior eye care I have received. Everyone was very nice and accommodating. Dr. Ben Larson was great!! He took his time and explained everything. Found an issue with one of my eyes and has taken measures immediately to resolve the issue. I also purchased new glasses while I was there. They had a very nice selection and in less than 1 week I had my new glasses! Top Notch!!

Their glasses and frames are more expensive than other places Ive visited, but I have to say that I have not visited any medical office (not just for my eyes) where the entire staff was friendly and helpful. I am always taken back within 10 minutes of my appointment, and I am seen promptly. We usually see Dr. Elizabeth MacDonald as she is our favorite, but they are all great. I highly recommend them. They will take excellent care of you.

I have been treated by Dr. Ben for years. He manages my glaucoma and my routine care, and I have referred at least six people who continue to see him as their eye care professional. Not only is he excellent, but his entire staff measures up to his very stringent requirements. Its a great atmosphere where you can be assured you are getting the highest quality care.

This was by far, the most comprehensive and thorough eye exam I have ever had! No long waiting; staff was very polite and courteous; doctor explained everything in easy to understand terms; state-of-the-art equipment. The only negative, in my opinion, is that the cost for eyeglasses/frames could be more competitive.
