Have been attending this office for many years and even prior when Dr. Schmeiser was at a different office. Really held trust in his practice. Had made an appointment to have my 6 month visit with blood work. Office receptionist was extremely rude and not caring what so ever on the phone. When my wife and I went in for my appointment apparently the same older lady at the counter was who I spoke with recently because she was very rude to my wife. During my visit we had mentioned this to Dr. Schmeiser and he claims that she must have had a bad day and that he would consult with her. Well a few days had past and like I was instructed to due per the doctor I called back and was wanting the results of my blood work. And who do you think answered the phone that right Mrs. Attitude/Rude herself, I inquired about my recent blood work visit and she lets me know that she was to busy and that shell have to eventually get back to me in a few days. Well the days went by and no phone calls received. Finally yesterday 09/20/2016 I received a call from his office in regards to my visit. (from another one of his employees) ( thank gosh) it wasnt Mrs. Attitude. I explained that I had not gotten any updates nor return calls and that I also will be looking for another family doctor. Its sad that after all these years I have to choose another location for me and my family. But when you treat someone so rude and careless its easy to look elsewhere. Dr. Schmeiser you and your staff have been nothing but great to my family over the years but when the Grinch came along it was enough. Maybe some day well return

The doctor is more worried about himself than he is of his patients health. Wants me to stop abruptly a medication that I have taken for a long time for a pretty serious condition. He can clearly see on my pharmacy board that I have been on this for a consistent time frame under the care of a doctor. He would not refill this medicine that is NOT a narcotic because he wants to see me. I have an appointment next week, but am out of the medicine now. This dr is telling me to stop seizure medicine because he hasnt talked to me about it. Thats safe for me to be without seizure medicine regardless of the situation. That I have discussed with him. I thought doctors were supposed to help you not put you in harms way? Ill just find a doctor that isnt selfish.

I have never had a doctor like Dr. Schmeiser. He comes in and listens to what you have to say, he will be in there with you for 20 minutes if thats what you need. Most doctors are in and out in the matter of a few minutes. I highly recommend him!

Had my first appt with Dr schmeiser today. Extremely nice very informative. Could not be happier I made the switch to his office! Lady at the front desk was also very kind to me.
