The staff is absolutely great and very helpful. Dr. Bachtel is the only doctor at that practice who actually listens to his patients and cares. If you are seeking ANY kind of mental health treatment I highly recommend seeing him. The other doctors are inconsiderate and rude.

Receptionists are very rude and insensitive. Was a patient here for 16 years and received a letter of termination after my last visit for absolutely no reason. I wouldnt recommend them to anyone since Summa took over !
