I love the doctor and my experience in the office would be a higher, but my experience with the office staff, communication and phone calls are horrendous. Everytime I call, I wait on hold usually for about 20 minutes. I finally get someone and then every few minutes theyre putting me on hold again. Ive given them my daughters previous pediatricians records twice and they still keep calling saying they dont have them. Today, the doctor ordered tests and one of the staff said "call me as soon as you get the tests done." So I did, got someone else and they said it was unnecessary for me to call, that they would call me when they got the results. 2 hours later the original staff member called me and asked if I got the tests done.

We were very disappointed with this location after all the great things we had heard. We contacted to make an appointment for our son to be seen for a physical exam and some vaccinations he needs and were very poorly treated and turned away! We were told that since our son is 17 it would be a WAIST OF MONEY for them to see him. The receptionist we spoke to literally said "...SO WE WILL LOOSE MONEY" at the end of her rant as to why our son could not be seen. Its hard to believe that any medical professional office would treat their clients this way! Its also heartbreaking to know that a pediatric office above all would put making money before helping patients.

Wow what an amazing experience all the way around. From Bella on the phone and her kindness and willingness to help me with our new insurance and scheduling my sick daughter in asap who was also a new patient to their practice Then when we arrived to their office for the first time we loved the decor and how they designed it. Chronicles of Narnia murals were amazing. The office is up to date on technology which was refreshing. The office team and the Dr were fantastic. The Dr was kind, friendly, great with my daughter and very knowledgable. Cant say enough great things about our first visit there. We will definitely be coming back! Thank you

All 3 of my kiddos see Dr. Francisco - I adore this doctor and this office. We used to live in Orlando and experienced the most horrendous wait times at our previous pediatricians office - for anything for a sick visit to an annual check up for my older child to the newborn check ups for my at the time infant. Getting a sick visit the same day is the norm here, and my middle childs recent health issues were thoroughly assessed and addressed. Dr. Francisco really cares and as a parent really made me feel as she hears my concerns and takes them seriously. We just love it here and we love Dr. Francisco.

Absolutely the best pediatrics I have ever been to! The castle theme is very cool and unique. The staff treats you like family and knows me and my children by name. Dr. Francisco is brilliant, answers every question I have and truly cares about my childs needs. Dr. Francisco will even call the next day to see how my kids are doing. I do not feel rushed at all in the room, and absolutely no wait time. As soon as I was signed in we were called back to the room. Very clean facility with tvs everywhere instead of nasty toys. I HIGHLY recommend coming here! Do not go anywhere else.

this is the best pediatrics I had came to for my kids in Florida since I been here. Then I had a baby and brought him here and I had made the best choice for him as well for being so little they are so gentle with him and treat us like family always welcome when you first come in I never felt so comfortable at a doc office before i will most deff keep my kids at this doc office even if i ever decided to move far it will be worth the drive

I love this First Choice Pediatrics! Definitely recommend this office, its clean, organized, the staff is always so friendly and helpful, and not to mention I love the Narnia and Christian atmosphere! My kids love all the staff and Dr. Francisco is amazing, were always able to get a hold of the her whenever I have concerns. They go above and beyond for all their patients.

Ive been to a few of their other locations and by far this location tops it all. My son has suffered tremendous amount of ear infections and Dr. Francisco has always been helpful, nurturing and consistent. The office staff and nurses are amazing. Im in and out real quick and always happy with the services they provide. Thank you!

The doctor is good but the staff dont know about customer service and they always change the staff every 3 months and they dont know how to communicate with the parents always give you the wrong information.. i do not recommended them.

First couple of experiences with my daughter were great. Today she had an appointment for an annual physical. Waited almost an hour because it appeared they took someone who had a later appointment first. Waste of our time.
