No lleven a sus niños al after hours por q? Por q un after hours es para emergencias para q no tengas q esperar en un hospital... La ultima ves fui y mi hijo con una fiebre de 103 yo espera que espera y pasaban gente q llego despues q mi cuando voy y le pregunto a la recepcionista me dice q es que ellos tenian citas me quede bruta por q le digo como que cita si un after hours es por orden de llegada no por cita por que para eso la citas son en el dia!!! Le digo y cuanto falta para mi turno me dice como 3 personas mas ya sabran q me quede con el canto agarre mi muchacho y me fui. La cosa de todo esto es que yo habia llamado en la mañana a ver si me atendian y me habian dicho tienes que traerlo a las 5pm y ni me habian preguntado si queria cita... Entonces tu me dices que cuando llego esa gente tenian cita???? No way.De verdad q se a dañado yo llevo mis hijos desde q estoy en la florida pero sinceramente los voy a cambiar no vuelvo

I dont usually write negative reviews but if it will keep a family from going here, its worth it. My daughter needed her 12 month physical and shots. I scheduled the appointment a week and a half before coming in. When we came in for our appointment, they said they couldnt do the shots that day because they didnt have the shot records (if they would have told me over the phone that they needed them, I would have gladly asked my other pediatrician to send them over.). They said that they are ordering the shot records and I should call them by the end of the week to schedule another appointment. They also said I shouldnt be charged again because they would JUST need to do the shots, nothing else. I called them two weeks after her initial appointment to schedule another appointment. When we showed up, they charged me for the second appointment and they didnt even have her shot records yet! They explained that they need to charge because she needs to see the doctor first to make sure shes okay to get her shots. I understand that but I am coming to a second appointment because we didnt have the shot records in the first place! If they would have told me over the phone to transfer the records the first time I ever called, I wouldnt have to come to two appointments and I wouldnt have to pay for an extra appointment! We waited an extra 40 minutes while they were trying to obtain the records. Kidsville Pediatrics on Lake Underhill has been by far the worst experience I have ever had at a doctors office. They were unprofessional and unwilling to see my side of the story. They did not accept it was their fault that they didnt have the shot records in a timely manner and we had two appointments we had to pay for instead of one. I should have looked up the reviews on this place before going there. It seems like this inconsiderate behavior is a pattern.

If I could rate this place with zero stars I would. Worst doctors office in Orlando! The staff is rude, the doctors are horrible, and they barely speak understandable English. I took my daughter in for a ear infection (I had an appointment) and they didnt take me back until an hour after my scheduled appointment. Once I was in the back we waited another hour for a doctor. The doctor barely looked at her. She wrote me a prescription and sent me on my way. When I took the prescription into CVS the pharmacist told me that particular medication was taken off the market and was no longer being sold. I had to drive back to the doctors office and get a new Rx. When I explained what happened I was told I didnt know what I was talking about and that they always prescribe this medication and the pharmacist was wrong. Then I was told by two different staff members to drive around SE Orlando to a different pharmacy. I told them I couldnt because of insurance, The staff and doctor insisted both the pharmacist and I were wrong, and they sent me back to the pharmacy. At this point I was heated. I drove back to CVS and again was told the medication was discontinued. The pharmacist was great and he called the doctors office and confronted the staff for me. After about a hour and a half of this I finally got the medication I needed for my child. I will NEVER, NEVER, NEVER take my children back to this office. All the doctors should have their licenses taken away and given a course in current medications. They also need to teach their staff members some respect. Worst pediatric care I have ever seen!! Please DO NOT take your children here!!!!!

Please avoid this office! I had a newborn which needed to be seen and they were more worried about their money then the health of my child. My appt was at 3:30 and I wasnt seen until 4:45 the first day and the second day they called a person that had gotten there after we did before us! Then the nurses told me to wait outside and after 20 minutes of waiting I was asked what was I waiting for. Not to mention that they called me on my phone while I was sitting in the lobby to ask me a question! When it comes to insurance, they do not accept confirmation numbers nor do they call the insurance company for a verbal confirmation! If you pay and your child had insurance they wont even refund you your money! Every other pediatric Doctor I called will not only accept the confirmation number, but they will call as well. With that being said, this office should be shut down because they are only here for the money! Doctors are bad, nurses are unprofessional and front desk personnel are the worse of them all! Its sad that money is more important then a babys health! If I could give this place negative stars I would, because they dont deserve anything! New parent and seasoned parents, AVOID THIS PLACE AT ALL COST!

This place will help a parent keep information from another parent if thats what your looking for. Even if you go in with a court order stating that they must release the information and the office manager will not do anything to tell you about your children. After being told to come in and show an ID they still didnt release any information Im entitled to. They wouldnt even call the woman I had children with to get the go ahead to release this information and proceeded to tell me I had to leave with no information about my children. They wont even listen to a court order. This shows they dont have a childs best interest and should not be aloud to even look at a child let alone diagnose what maybe wrong with them. So if your looking for a place that will help interfere with another parents rights to be informed about children this maybe the place for you

Awful. If I could give them a zero star rating, I would. Parents stay away. They have lost my childs records. They refused to give my son his shots because my son has two moms and I wasnt the mother on his birth certificate even though my wife signed all the paperwork needed to give me authorization. The office manager was no help and rather let me son go without medical attention. Management is the worst Ive ever experienced.
