GTO is the best place to go for Physical Therapy by far. I had a knee scope in April 2015, and I went to Proaxis physical therapy for that rehab, however I wasnt too pleased with Proaxis because they handed me off to an intern physical therapist who was hoping to pass his boards. Then later that same month, I had a rare surgery on my knee and sought a better and more experienced physical therapist. Thats when I heard about GTO. Matt and Megan are both excellent Physical Therapist, and they have both helped me so much... Not only did they know exactly what I needed to do in order to recover from my surgery, but they also helped me exceed the doctors expectations for my recovery! GTO is the BEST! I highly recommend them over any other physical therapy place. Even if you live further away, they are worth the commute. They are extremely warm, personable, knowledgable, skilled and professional. If you want to give yourself your best chance on the road to recovery, then GTO Physical Therapy is the place to go. I am so grateful for them.

I highly recommend Dr. Matt Pokorny to anyone in need of physical therapy! He is very personable, professional, and knowledgeable. He devotes a great deal of time and care to ensuring his treatments are effective. I was suffering from chronic elbow and shoulder pain for months. After attentively listening to my symptoms, he did a careful evaluation to diagnose the problem. He thoughtfully devised a variety of treatments and exercises that began to alleviate the pain within days. Between the stretches, strengthening exercises, nerve gliding exercises, massage, and functional dry needling, I experienced relief much faster than I expected I would. He now has me on my way to developing a stronger arm and shoulder to prevent the problem from recurring. I strongly recommend that you see Dr. Pokorny for physical therapy. You will be glad you did!

Matt, Megan and Raindy will not disappoint! Referred to by my doctor, I was introduced to GTO post lumbar back surgery with lack of mobility, core strength and in constant discomfort and was immediately welcomed with open arms. Their knowledge and expertise as well as variety of therapy techniques (including dry needling and pilates) really helped in every aspect of strength and mobility. There is nothing more frustrating than getting back to ones self post surgery and these guys made it easy, comfortable and fun all at the same time. I am happy to say after only three and 1/2 months, I "graduated" and feel 100% myself. Thank you so much GTO for making me feel at home and getting me back to my training!

Matt Pokorny and his staff fill the space between injury and being at your best again. Matt Pokorny and his staff are clearly a cut above the rest. He and his staff are intelligent, reliable, honest and has always been my best treatment option when i need to get back to being active I am an avid wakeboarder, snowboarder, hockey player and outdoor enthusiast. I wreck myself quite often and can always count on Dr. Pokorny and his staff to put me back together again at the level i was BEFORE the INJURY.... (Think Steadman Clinic in Vail) If that applies to you, as it does me, then your choice for care should be Dr. Pokorny.

Dr. Pokorny is the most effective physical therapist I have ever been to. He helped me tremendously and I will definitely go back to him if the need arises. He is kind, patient, exudes confidence and most importantly, Ive never been helped so much by any other therapist.
