Over the last 15 years I have been treated at several physical therapy practices. This one is unquestionably the best. Your sessions with the therapist are yours alone. This is in contrast to some of the larger chains where a therapist will “multitask” and work with two or more patients at once. In late 2014 I had total knee replacement surgery (TKR). It was challenging to put it mildly. The orthopedic surgeon recommended that I skip the in-home therapy and go straight to the outpatient therapy. I was very glad I followed his advice. Belmar put me under the care of two extremely qualified, smart, and caring individuals - a physical therapist and a medical massage therapist. Together they helped me restore my strength and range of motion. They were able to break up the scar tissue as it started to form. I have a tendency to develop keloid scars, but the therapists were able to prevent that from happening. Fast forward to fall 2016 – I saw a spine specialist for pain and stiffness in my SI-joint and lumbar spine. They prescribed physical therapy and massage therapy. I went back to Belmar and saw Jeff who was more thorough than I ever imagined possible. He examined many things including my range of motion, strength, reflexes, posture, and gait. He revisited my knee function and looked at how it related to my current problems. It turns out the two are quite interrelated. One of the interesting things Jeff found in his investigation is that a leg length discrepancy, which increased post-knee replacement, is exacerbating my problems. I’m currently getting a regimen of physical therapy, massage therapy, dry needling, manual manipulation, and additional evaluation. New orthotics have been ordered and things are turning around.

I have already referred other friends to Belmar Physical Therapy, and feel that after my experience there I should share online as well. After massive spinal surgery, I was depressed, in pain, and struggling to get back on my feet. The doctors and staff at Belmar Physical Therapy were AMAZING. My Physical Therapist, Jeff Lipkin, knew exactly how to treat me so I could get strong again without further injuring myself. I was quickly off medication and feeling good, then feeling great again. Then something I didnt expect - Jeff suggested I see his Massage Therapist, Casey Buell-Schoenman. He said Casey was specially trained for "Medical" massage. Casey worked together with Jeff, referring to my medical records to make sure my massage helped all the right places, without compromising my recovering injury. My posture improved, and I started sleeping better again. Everyone in the practice (front desk staff, billing, other therapists and doctors) was so friendly, even if just passing by me on my way to my treatment room - they said hello with a smile, and I could tell they truly cared for me. Clinically, they did more than I could ask for. Personally and emotionally, everyone in that clinic made me feel cared for and hopeful that I could heal and enjoy life again. I would absolutely (and already have) refer any friend or family member to Belmar Physical Therapy.

I have had the best experience with Belmar Physical Therapy. Ive had a couple issues over the last year; my knee, and a lower back issue that was likely due to pregnancy. Jeff, my therapist, has given me the tools to heal and strengthen my body. They are nice, caring, and thorough. They take the time to explain the problem, and exactly how to solve it. I also worked with Casey, the massage therapist, and he was wonderful. He helped relieve the pain I was having while I was starting my therapy. And he was also was very caring of the fact that Im pregnant. Their office is clean and tidy and I would recommend BPT to ANYONE who is trying to physically recover!! I hope I never have to go back, but if I do, I know Ill be in great, caring hands.

Belmar PT deserves the highest ratings in all categories- from the initial welcome and expertise of the front office employees to physical therapy and therapeutic massage treatments. I have been receiving services at this facility following a 3 level anterior spinal fusion with allograft. Physical Therapist Jeff and Massage Therapist Casey have transitioned me toward a functional recovery with greatly reduced pain much further then I ever thought possible. Their knowledge, expertise, experience and compassionate care have convinced me that this is the practice everyone needs in order to achieve their recovery goals.

I went into the Belmar clinic for physical therapy to Jennifer, and in two sessions, the pain in my hip was gone. I am now working on balance and leg strength. I like the fact that Jennifer focuses on all the needs that she sees that I need to improve, quad strength, hamstrings, balance with one foot in front of the other, and all kinds of things. I really need those sessions. I always look forward to these therapy sessions and I strongly encourage anyone who needs to improve after an injury or after surgery to make use of Belmar.

Belmar Physical Therapy is an awesome clinic and has a highly classified group of therapists. Corey has helped me get started in helping me through a very hard time. The thing I like about there team is that they are caring, knowledgeable and willing to take that extra effort to help you. I would recommend them to anyone in need of therapy expertise. I am going back into the hospital for further testing, but I will be back when I can. They are a good PT clinic!! Don

My kids are all in sports, and every time we need to manage or heal an injury - Belmar Physical Therapy knows exactly what to do - and takes great care of my kids. Then, I had a minor surgery and needed to recover from, and again they took extra special care to make sure I healed properly, and as fast as possible. Ill continue to refer friends and family to this pt clinic.

I will not be going back. The physical therapist is obviously very knowledgeable, but was very vague with his help .... Im not sure what to do!! Not only vague, but not very friendly either. Chad at Denver Physical Therapy downtown and Nee at Select Physical Therapy in South Lakewood were both much nicer and clearer. Wish either were closer to me.

I was reffered to Belmar PT for a minor knee injury. Im on my feet 10-12 hours a day at work so I needed a quick recovery. Jen was my physical therapist and showed me tips to take some stress off my knees and showed me some excersises to strengthen not only my legs but my back as well. Afteronly three sessions I was well on my to a full recovery!
