I reached out to his office 3 times in one week, I was calling to schedule a meet and greet as my wife and I are expecting a child in a month. I left a voicemail each time, I never connected with anyone from the staff. Unfortunately, no one ever returned my calls. As expectant parents seeking to meet pediatricians to learn how they practice and how they may be a good fit for us, we learned everything we need to know about how this practice operates. I would recommend steering clear of this practice. If this is how they would treat potential patients that are seeking to learn about the practice, I can only imagine how unresponsive they are to their current patients.

This place used to be amazing. However that has changed. When you need appts they dont answer the calls, they dont return messages. When you call over 20 times and finally someone answers theres no appts available. They tell you theyre saving appts for the sickest kids not taking into consideration that anything can make a child worsen in their condition. The wait to see the Dr once in the room is sometimes an hour or longer. The after hours line is a 50/50 chance if you receive a call back. Maria the nurse however is amazing, a jewel to this practice.

Thank you Doctor Elfaki for taking the extra time and care in my childs health needs. After being missed diagnosed by another ped doc, we were out on the hunt for a NEW PED DOC and Found Nona Pediatric Center. Dr. Elfaki and staff go beyond patient satisfaction. My child is on the road to recovery. She is forever our angel!

This office is very clean and efficient. The staff is always genuinely nice and interested in my childs health and development. I would highly recommend dr elfaki, her office, and staff to any new parents like myself looking for the right Doctor!
