I have always been able to pick excellent dentists and dental offices. Because I have had excellent dental care throughout my life I have no fear or anxiety when it comes to keeping my teeth healthy and beautiful. Now that I am a senior citizen I continue to need expert dental care to maintain my teeth and prevent the need for dentures. My recent move from Charlotte to Rock Hill required a new dental provider and I have found Espinal and Willis, and can state that this is an extraordinary practice. I have only been to the Rock Hill office but I believe that the same quality of personnel, provide care in the Ft. Mill office. Since I approach my dental visits without fear I can more clearly see the skill and service provided. Dr Espinal was, well - FUN! He is personable and very informative. He is also very, very skilled. I had broken a piece of a molar and need a crown, he was able to create the crown in the office in only 2 hours - no temporary crown and revisit!!! This is a time and money saving service that I have not experienced thus far, making this and extraordinary experience! He let me watch his process of "creating" the tooth and explained everything, then we tested it - it fit perfectly :) Then it had to "bake/ harden" for 30 min or so and the very professional staff offered me a blanket and I took a nap in my dental chair because the practice is calm and safe like that!! I have only been to the office in Rock Hill on India Hook Rd two times, once for a cleaning with evaluation of the broken tooth, and once the crown, both times were the highest quality care and skill with friendly and supportive staff that truly cared about how I was doing. Having been back and forth and living in many States across the USA I can state without hesitation that this practice is in the top 1% for skill and cutting edge technology - OH and then there is the personality of the staff, TOO COOL! Even those that fear dentistry will find the best experience here -calm yourselves, you are in excellent hands!!!! Robin Brethwaite

If I could give 0 stars I would. This place is terrible. I broke my tooth this weekend over 4th of July and called this place on Tuesday. I explained to Jennifer that I needed a tooth extracted, I told her that the tooth was broken and I explained to her that during a previous extraction I had passed out...None of these were a problem, she could get me set up for an appointment on Friday. Awesome, she got some information from me and I let her know that I didnt have insurance....thats when it all went down hill. About 20 minutes after I set up my appointment, I was called back. I wasnt near my phone so I didnt answer, but was called back again. Once I was called back, magically they couldnt help me anymore and I needed to see a surgeon. They never looked at my tooth, they magically came to this conclusion without ever seeing me, based "on what I told them". Of course it wasnt until after I mentioned that I didnt have insurance that they reached this conclusion and everything was OK up until then. So someone calls me and tells me that they cant help me out, but that I need to go to a specialist...Then they explain that specialists usually need referrals, but they wont write me a referral because they havent seen me...Let me get this straight, youve never seen me, yet youve made the diagnosis that I need to see a specialist, and then refuse to write a referral because youve never seen me?? What kind of Mickey Mouse business operation are you running here? Ill be sure to sway anybody I know looking for a dentist away from this place. Terrible business practices with zero customer service. I got nothing but inconsistent reasoning and stories while a phone got handed off between two different people tag teaming against me.

There really are very few pleasant surprises in life these days, which makes our experience on Tuesday at Espinal & Willis - Carolinas Center for Advanced Dentistry all the more noteworthy. My 90 year old mom cracked a molar over the weekend and it was an absolute mess. Unfortunately, she has neither a regular dentist, or dental coverage. In desperation, I was pretty much looking for a dental office both very close to my moms home and able to give her an emergency appointment the next day... that turned out to be Espinal & Willis. To make a very long story short, this dental office is outstanding... a courteous, friendly, prompt and professional staff. Dr. Espinal was kind and reassuring to my nervous mom and completed the repair procedure (no extraction required) in an amazingly short period of time. And, the tooth is now better than new. Carolinas Center for Advanced Dentistry will be our first choice for dental from now on!

It had been almost 10 years since I had visited a dentist office due to a bad experience. Dr. Willis and his entire staff were never judgemental and completely understanding of my fear (and embarrassment ) You could see the empathy they felt for me. And that was just the consultation! So when I went back to actually have the dental work performed, they always made sure I was comfortable and not nervous or scared. Needless to say when I had to go back in 2 weeks, to have the rest of the work done, yes I needed that much work, I wasnt too terrified.. nervous still but as soon as i went in, again everyone was very attentive and caring. If you have a fear of the dentist I TRULY recommend this office, they will NOT let u down! And their work is spot on! To see the before and after pics, WOW! Great great work. I HIGHLY recommend them to everyone. They have 2 offices, Ft Mill and Rock Hill so there is excuse -call them!

Great experience! I was on vacation and lost a filling which turned into the need for a root canal. I got back home on a Sunday night and did not have a local dentist. I called on Monday morning and had an emergency appointment to be seen by Dr Willis at 11. He was able to determine the need for the root canal & did the procedure then. He checked in with me for the few days after the root canal to assure my pain level was ok and if I had questions which was comforting. I went back this morning to have my crown fitted, made and placed in my mouth. Arrived at 9 and was out the door by 10:30. Great service, beautiful office with TVs at every exam chair & awesome staff. I would highly recommend to anyone looking for a new dentist. I went to the Baxter Village location in Fort Mill.

Dr. Espinal has really gone above and beyond as a provider of excellent dental services. I have never had the attention to detail, professionalism and customer service from any other dental provider that I have had encounters with. I have been a patient of Dr. Espinal for over 3 years now and it is the best decision I have made for my health and well being when it comes to denistry. Thank you for the great experience and trustworthy services provided. Oh and the crown that I recieved recently was the best experience, especially after hearing the horror stories of this procedure, next day absolutely not pain and the whole procedure was complete from start to finish in under 2.5 hours using the best technology available (Cerec Milling machine).
