Im conflicted about writing this review but I feel I must. First let me say the office is clean modern and the entire staff is friendly and accommodating. As long as you dont have any issues. I took both my sons in for fillings. When my youngest (age 6) was getting his filling out in some of the blue gel fell on the outside of his cheek. The hygienist whipped it off and continued. As she put the blue light inside his mouth to cure the filling his cheek where the gel was started to swell up as if bitten by a mosquito. I thought nothing of it at first since we do live in Florida. However by the time we got home you could tell it was a burn on his cheek. In the exact spot the gel was. My wife contacted them the next day and even though they showed her the light doesnt burn thier skin I felt like they could have done more. My son has sensitive skin just because it did not burn thier arm doesnt mean it would have the same effect on him. They took no responsibility. Again everyone here is nice but if a mistake was made they should own up to it.

Two stars because they do clean your teeth. But like other reviewers, I got a high-pressure sales pitch vibe as well. Dont be surprised if you hear something completely different about your dental health than youve heard in the recent past (from multiple dentists in different states). Helpfully, though, Your Oviedo Dentist can remedy the situation with thousands of dollars of restorative work that they will happily schedule for you. Does that filling only have a 10 more years of serviceable life? Lets put in a crown next month. After all, this swanky office doesnt furnish itself. Be prepared for your dental cleaning to turn into a multi-thousand dollar consult that you mysteriously wont have at the dentist down the street.

Its been a long time since Ive seen a dentist that didnt make me feel guilty for my genetics and understands how guilt ridden that having bad teeth makes one feel at the dentist! Saw the doc today for a last minute urgent visit due to severe tooth pain and he exceeded my expectations. They took the time to ask about my fears and what I expect from them. They tailored the conversation accordingly. It was quite awesome, actually. Going back later and he even numbed me all up so that Im not in pain until I return. Well worth the anxiety associated with seeing a new doc. Definitely recommend for all :-)

Ive been with your Oviedo dentist for almost a decade and I highly recommend them to everyone. The staff is very welcoming and professional. Being able to see xrays and come up with a plan for the health of my teeth is reassuring that Im getting what I come there for. Theyve got my teeth in the best condition theyve ever been in. They have no interest Financing and no insurance savings plans! and they go above and beyond and provide drinks, blankets, Wi-Fi, massage chairs, paraffin wax, Netflix and Pandora. Since Ive moved I drive almost an hour to come here and I wouldnt go anywhere else.

All I wanted was a cleaning.They did x-rays and test and talked to me for an hour trying to convince me of doing all kinds of procedures spending thousands of dollars then when I told them no I just want a cleaning or just to pay what my insurance covers which is a cleaning, they send me home and told me to come back.No cleaning and they took 400$from my insurance I hate to say it but scam now Im taking my whole family out of there and looking for another dentist For being greedy and scamy he does not get my business.

I have never had a business treat myself and my family with such excellent customer service. I am convinced by their actions that they are looking to build community as well as business and I like that a lot. They always check up on any of us after we have had work and they always have the time to answer any questions. I have now recommended them to two other people who have started going to "Your Oviedo Dentist" because of how many good things I have to say about them. You should go too :)

Very clean clinic. They offer free water/ coffee. They also have a blanket ready for people that are cold. Most of the staff are very friendly. I gave 4 stars only because its out of the way from center of orlando. ( I changed it to 5 now, since when I recently called the office they made my day, they are so cheerful and kind!) Dr Lopez does have a pretty strong accent which makes me hard to understand a little (I am from Japan and English is not my first language) but he is very nice.

Changed to this dental office over 2 years ago and I continue to be fully impressed with their professionalism, cleanliness, customer service, and quality dental care. I havent felt at any time as if any services were pushed on me that were not needed. In fact, I havent needed any additional services other than a couple of fillings replaced due to their age and condition. Add in that both my kids are very happy with them, Im very happy with this practice and they get my top marks.

Love coming to get my teeth cleaned, and I am more impressed each time. I appreciate the hones and concerned advise I get each and every time. I love how my dental hygienist remembers details about our last visit and just the overall professionalism by each staff member. Dr. Lopez what an amazing team you have!!!! The staff at Your Oviedo Dentist were friendly, and the dentist I had, Dr. Lopez, was very good. He was knowledgeable about my situation and for the filling that he did, he really took his time and made it very nice. It was almost painless and I didnt suffer much side effects like swelling from the anesthesia where I normally do. Would recommend.

I am so impressed by the care I have received at Your Oviedo Dentist. No other dentist nor dental office can compare or come close to what you will find at Your Oviedo Dentist. They treat you with such care and compassion and inform you immediately in regards of copays and payment options. I highly recommend Dr. Lopez and Dr. Colon.

This Dental Office is great. I have suffered from dental problems for most of my life. Fear kept me away due to poor childhood memories. I felt relaxed from my very first visit. The doctors filled the office with staff members that listen to the patient and have bright smiles all the time. The dentists are top notch.

I feel comfortable with this dentist. Very polite staff, very thorough procedures and especially attentive to my concerns. I also like the email and text reminders of upcoming appointments. Im really glad I chose this dentist after my previous dentist retired.
