I sit here and read all of the excellent reviews. I had a very different experience. I reluctantly had to change dentists due to changes in insurance. I read the reviews and thought I would give them a try. I had one particular tooth that I asked that we get fixed as soon as possible. After 3 visits for cleaning, then a deep cleaning, then another cleaning, I still had the same issue with the same tooth. I felt like they were trying to extract as much money out of my pocket as they could. I cannot disagree with the people when they say the people there are friendly. They absolutely are. But I moved to another dentist who had cleaned my teeth, immediately scheduled an appointment to repair the tooth mentioned before and for a modest charge. Everything done quickly, and he didnt try to extract his mercedes or lexus payment from my wallet. I dont doubt their skills at all, I just dont like their business practice.

I am a fairly new patient at this practice and have been extremely happy. My hygienist, Mary, is aware of my tooth sensitivity and makes sure that I am comfortable throughout the entire experience. I love that I am allowed an hour for my cleaning. I never feel rushed or that my cleaning was not thorough, as I have in other practices. Dr. Coombs is very laid back and takes a conservative approach to any work I need to have done. The front office is always accommodating for scheduling appointments. They even take the time to call me when a pre-treatment estimate comes in to make sure I understand it. I highly recommend this practice and Mary in particular.

Dr. Coombs and his team take care of the dental needs of our entire family with exceptional professional care. With two adults and three children, Coombs & Ross Family Dentistry has provided us regular dental cleanings as well as x-rays, fillings, treatment for sensitivity, whitening, and extraction. We have been completely satisfied with every procedure. The hygienists make our young kids feel safe, comfortable and even excited to visit the dentist. They look forward to their dental appointments! My husband and I decided to visit Coombs & Ross when we first moved to Rock Hill a little over 10 years ago, and we are grateful for our decision.

My whole family goes to Coombs & Ross and have all been very satisfied with the warmth, professionalism and guidance the office gives us. I have 6 year old twins who literally beg to go to the dentist!! I have always been personally uncomfortable with going to the dentist, but this office puts me at ease and I couldnt be happier. And of course we also love the Candy Buy Back program they run after Halloween - the kids get $1 per pound, get some spending cash, I get the candy out of their temptation (and mine too of course) and they get to meet the Tooth Fairy! Very well centered dental office, everyone is very friendly and welcoming to all. Have been going since I was young enough to get my teeth cleaned, and have had Brooke clean my teeth 9/10 times. She is very knowledgeable of her work and her smile will light up the room making you feel very comfortable with the work you are having done! Dr. Coombs & Ross are great at what they do and you can see that as it rubs off from their dental hygienists. Highly recommend them if you dont have a dentist or looking for a new one, all around a great family to be a part of!

Today was our first visit with the Coombs & Ross office. The front staff is extremly friendly and helpful. My son had Brooke as his hygenist and she made sure he left smiling. She was a lot of fun and patient with my very curious 7 year old! Dr. Coombs was great and made us feel relaxed...he was patient and made sure we understood everything! We have not had the best experiences in the past with other dentist offices..I would say this office is the best and we will definitely be patients for years to come! I was really nervous going to the dentist Im sure some of u are too, but let me tell u how kind, and knowledgeable this doctor is! I came in with my front tooth broken off and he looked at me and said I will fixed it u will be walking out with my new tooth in place! After 2 hours I was smiling again! When I came back to get my crown on again he took good care of me, after my oral surgery he called me that night to check make sure I was doing ok. U are the greatest doctor I know! Thank you for everything I muse I will be returning !

Went for my routine cleaning today and had another great experience! Ive been a patient for many years and have seen both Dr. Coombs and Dr. Ross. The office has "fit" me in for dental emergencies and made appointments for me with specialists when necessary. Dr. Ross was able to make a replacement crown in his office when I lost one, he has filled difficult cavities, and even performed a root canal on one of my teeth. His office provides an unparalleled level service.

We love Mary Archie! My 4 year old grand daughter Ava Jane came in for her appointment. She was little nervous and Mary made her feel so comfortable. She told her all about the instruments and what she was doing talked to her about "Sugar-bugs" and how we have to get them off by brushing. Now she has to check her sisters teeth for those bugs and make sure they brush in the morning and at night! Thanks Mary you have made brushing fun!

I have been trying to find a GREAT Dentist ever since moving to the Ft. Mill area and I have finally found the GREAT Dentist again. Dr. Coombs and his staff treated me 1st class. Dr. Coombs and his assistants went over my profile and described to me my current condition and what were needed to have healthy teeth and gum. The service I received earlier today was SUPERB! I certainly will recommend Dr. Coombs should anyone asked.

We had been going to another dentist for 20+ years, but had a few back-to-back incidents which caused us to look around for dentists. We were extremely lucky to have found C & R!!!!! The staff is WONDERFUL, the facility is amazing, and the dentists, well..... what can we say? Theyre terrific! We are a family of 6, and we have all had excellent experiences with C & R!!!! The treatment is top-notch and I highly recommend them!
