La peor experiencia en una oficina dental. Por mas caries que un paciente tenga, hay algo que se llama etica algo que la Dra. Marrero no tiene. Esta "doctora" fue muy ruda al explicarle a mi hija de su problema en los dientes al punto de hacerla llorar. Hasta le insinuo que ella no se lavaba los dientes y muchas otras cosas mas. Estoy de acuerdo en que el dentista le aconseje de los graves problemas de no cepillarse bien, pero no hay necesidad de ofender a un paciente asi. Por otra parte me dicen que mi plan no incluye dental lo cual tuve que pagar dos limpiezas de mi bolsillo, cuando llamé a mi plan a preguntar SI incluye dental. Pero nada, les dejare el dinero que les pagué porque yo esa oficina no la vuelvo a pisar. Mucho lujo, pero a la "doctora" le falta empatia.

If there were a "zero star" rating that is what I would give. Actually they do deserve a one as the receptionist and hygentist were professional and courteous. However. I took my 5 year old son in for a cleaning and X-rays. He had a heart murmur when born and in turn his one tooth has discoloration. We dont drink Soda and give them apple juice which is at a ratio of 50/50 water & juice. Dr. Marrero gave me a funny look when I said that we give it to them at night as they wake up thirsty sometimes. Mostly water though. She made a "face " at me which was very unpleasant and I said," your look makes me feel as though," and she finished the sentence for me with,"like an idiot!" At which point I took my children and walked out. She will be reported to the medical board. I urge you to never step foot in this horrible "establishment ", and I dont use that word loosely. My method of parenting is of no concern of hers.

Dont waste your time. Made an appointment ahead of time. Showed up to my appointment after getting phone calls reminding me of my appointment and 3 text messages, one asking me to reply yes to confirm my appointment, all for them to tell me I am not on the schedule at all. What is the point of the messages and phone calls to confirm? I dont know. They have all my insurance information, my ssn, etc all for them to not even see me. I understand they are new but they need to get it together. However, I had to return there for my dental procedures later on the day. The staff was nothing but professional and apologetic for the issues caused earlier. My dental experience was great. Dental assistant Tania and Dr. Marrero are great, extremely professional and made me feel comfortable. Will recommend this place for you and your family.

Scheduled a new patient appointment for my boyfriend whom has braces. I specifically told the girl scheduling the appointment hes coming in for a CLEANING. She said thats fine, it would be $59 for the evaluation and X-rays and CLEANING. Mind you, we received a flyer said that exactly. He comes in, 2 hours later he comes out with no CLEANING, an estimate of $1000 for fillings he does not need and other pointless procedures he does not need because Dr. Marrero literally thought she could finesse him. They will perform procedures you did not ask for like ADJUNC PRE-DIAG TEST-DETECT-MUC aka a test for cancer. He did not order this but they still performed it then charged him. people will know they are SCAMMERS. Thank you for wasting our time.

Very pleased with the treatment I received at Corner Lake Family Dental by Dr.Marrero. The whole staff at the office was very kind and helpful. All procedures are explained to you beforehand and the environment is great. The actual dentists office is very clean and the design is beautiful! Moved down here from up north and felt right at home. I had been going to the dentist and orthodontics for over ten years and when I moved down here I did not know which office to choose. After receiving treatment here, I am delighted to say I have found my place. Highly recommended!

I switched to this facility because of the convenience of being so close to my home. I have to say it was the best decision I could have made.The staff from the front desk are awesome and the back staff are friendly and seem to genuinely care about your well being. I absolutely love Dr. Marrero I have never had a dentist who took the time to make sure you feel comfortable and you understand everything she is doing. I highly recommend this office. They take special care of those of us who are wimps and fear any form of pain. They have me as a patient for life!!

I will never return to this place only for the simple fact that Dr. Marrero treats her assistants like crap. She is rude to them and belittles them in from of patients! Nothing is worse than someone that thinks they are better than others just because of a title. If it wasnt for the assistants she wouldnt have an office, and she should acknowledge and cherish their work. I do not tolerate disrespect in my life and no one should expect others to either. I will tell everyone I know how awful she is to her devoted staff!!

If I could give negative stars, I would. I had to go back for the third time today and it was a miserable experience. The dentist ruined my temporary tooth by filing it down without my consent. I cannot talk or chew and I am in pain. They offered me no solutions and I am so upset. I spent far more money than I should have and spent and have held me hostage. I am so upset with the quality of care and Im now stuck in pain and with a tooth that does me no good. Im so upset.

Wow! What an amazing experience! The staff was phenomenal. Daniel was super nice and helpful and explained all my insurance needs. Jessica was my dental hygienist and I had the best cleaning I have ever had. She was very informative and gentle. She explained everything and helped put my dentist fears aside leaving me with a smile. And the Dr. Mirbey was as nice as can be and helped me with my brushing technique. I would recommend this practice to everyone I know!!!!

Dr. Marrero and her staff are Amazing! Please dont read ignorant comments of people who dont like to hear the truth...I have been to 6 different dentists, and I decided to give this place a try since it had just opened and I love the entire staff; the professionalism, the personal experience, and attention is one of a kind..... and they have fixed my problem!!! Highly recommended!

Would give 0 if available and I never saw the DR. Scheduled apt told day befor they made a scheduleing error and time no longer available. Gave me one (1) option the following week. No explanation no terribly sorry for inconvenience just this is whats available. With such a bad start I will not be bringing my family to this office.

I had a great experience at Corner Lake Dental. The office was very nice and clean. All the staff were friendly. My hygienist Bonnita was very nice and knowledgeable. She explained everything as she worked. Dr. Marrerro was also very nice and knowledgeable. I will definitely recommend people to Corner Lake Dental in the future.

I would give this place 10 stars if I could.Everyone was extremely professional. My hygienist Bonita was very well educated and knowledgeable. My doctor,Dr. Marrero, was very kind and personable. I thought I would never find a dental home until now thanks to Dr. Marrero and her team I have now found one!! Superb establishment
