VERY UNPROFESSIONAL! I Came into the office in May for cleaning and exam, as I sat and waited several hours to be seen, which I was patient and NO it wasnt my 1st visit. Then when I get to the back the machine is broken to clean my teeth.Imagine that right. Then I was told we will call you soon as it comes back, NO phone call!. So I call today which its August, oh the machine has been back but they were to busy and as the receptionist said we been busy and I cant tell u about yesterday nor did she remember. Wow. It was notated in my chart the day I left the office. Its real SAD That people with Medicaid have to be forced deal with such unprofessional ones. Lets Note My 1st Visit to this office wasnt a good experience either. My shirt was soaking wet down my back from the young lady that cleaned my teeth and I said to her the water is running down my back, but of course there machine was messed up then and to sorry to have it fixed. Sorry service, unprofessional people, and much more I could say!!!. New Staff may be great turn around for this office!. Insurance company will know about the slackness of this office.........

I was told from a few people that the service here was excellent; however...I will not have the pleasure of finding out because I had an appointment scheduled for 8:00a.m. on Oct. 4th in which myself and kids arrived at around 7:52 because I was given the paperwork ahead of time to fill out and return with. We were standing in front of the dentist office until 8:06 and nobody ever showed up, Im thinking that if you schedule an appointment at the same time you open your business...shouldnt someone be there like a hour to 30 mins. prior to opening hours. Thats not it either the receptionist I spoke to on the phone called me to gather more information on my kids and when i told her my baby girls name she acted as if i wasnt speaking proper enough and I know I was VERY clear and besides my daughters name is super simple. Point is...it mustve not been meant for my kids to go here. Wish I could have gotten a chance to meet Dr. Barbee I know she would have turned my bad experience around...heard a lot of GREAT things about her!!!!

му experience with Dr. Barbee and her staff has been like no other dentist office I ever been to. They make you feel you are part of the the family not just some patients waiting to get there dental work done. From day one it was like this and before I was going to a very close friend of mine too do dental work and they would never treat their patients like family. I have been to Dr Barbee 3 times and I get the same or if not better treatment each time. I have recommended them to my family and friends, they know how to make you feel like you there family
