When Dr. Aline Bowers first opened it was a wonderful experience she made my smile worth showing off. She didnt take my insurance but I had no problem paying the cash. She was that good! I went to all my appointments (except for one because of some health issues, and phone service issues unrelated) and paid before and on time of appointments. I had my procedures done and had to have a night guard mailed to me which never came and she discharged me. She stated I was an patient who didnt come to my appointments. She had her front desk tell me this over the phone, she never spoke to me or sent me a letter to discharge me from her office. I recommended people to her and spoke very highly of her but to leave me with no other dentist to go to or a proper discharge I am very disappointed. I really cant believe it. Its crazy because before I tried to make an appointment and found out I was discharged, I saw her at the supermarket and there was where I told her I never received my night guard and she said shed resend it. Lol what a joke! The work she did in my mouth now is seriously catching up to me. Great smiles dont last long if the person who helps you suddenly stops.

The dentist and his assistant is everything great work, personality you truly feel like family once you get pass that front desk ... I personal opinion is that they need more personality at the front desk ... some days she will speak somedays she dont ... I have only have about 5 -7 visits within the last 4 months and every time it was a problem with her I understand we all have good days and bad ones but every visit seems to be a bad day wow... so at my last visit I decided to speak with the dentis about the behavior Im sure he took care of it because hes great so today I come in she just look no greeting no nothing so I just told her who I was a took a sit ... it crazy that they do just amazing work here and the other staff Is great and then her...

Envision Dental got it all! My kids and I had a wonderful dental experience! Starting with the beautiful decorated office and the lovely front desk staff. Dr Bowers was the sweetest, most competent and trusting dentist Ive ever met. I never liked those doctors that wants to make money by trying to find something wrong with your teeth. I put my guard down because I could feel that Dr Bowers is absolutely interested ONLY in making sure I take good care of my teeth (preventive dentistry) and didnt try to push any unnecessary wisdom tooth extraction...like what happened at my previous dentist. Also, she has an outstanding resume...what reassured me a was in good hands. :-) I totally recommend Envision Dental!

Envision Dental is exactly what I was looking for - the office is clean and the staff is beyond friendly and competent. Dr. Holbrook does excellent work!! I am very happy with the results. I was given a very comprehensive report of the exam including optional work that could be done. It was nice to have all the options on the table and no one pressured me to do all of the work right away. From the time I began till now Envision Dental is out of my Insurance Network but it is worth the extra cost to get red carpet treatment and the upmost professional dental care. I always know I am in good hands!!!

Best dental experience ever! Lovely office, televisions in the exam rooms, comfortable chairs, professional and caring service. Dr. Holbrook is a very gentle and caring dentist. His assistant (I didnt get her name!! :( ) really took care of me and my anxiety. The staff is fabulous too! They treat you like family, and sincerely care about you and your needs. Highly recommended! Im so happy I switched over to them. They have state-of-the-art equipment which also help to take the fear out of getting your dental work done. Thank you guys so much :) I will recommend you to everyone!

The pain was unbearable, I wanted to have the tooth removed. After an x-ray, a few kind words, and some medication, I felt 1000% better. Come to find out I didnt need a removal after all, but the pain said otherwise. Thank you Envision staff for treating me like a family member and comfort. I HIGHLY RECCOMEND Envision Dental for all oral needs. 1st class office, friendly staff, and up front information. (straight to the point)

Experience is very good. Where I have issues is that I always get a bill for additional money AFTER my appt. They look up the code, find out what the insurance will cover, and have me pay the rest. then another bill comes. Time to go back to Greenberg Dental.
