If I could give less than 1 star I would. The dentist at the Titusville office was such a jerk! I didnt know parents were allowed back with their toddlers. Took my 3 year old there and they didnt tell us I couldnt go back until she was called. She didnt know so she cried most of the time back there. When she was done they called me back and when she got to me she was obviously scared and still crying. After we left she gave me the sticker she got and told me she didnt deserve it so I should have it. I asked her what she meant and was told that the dentis said "she was a bad girl and didnt deserve a toy from the basket, so she couldnt have one" the hygienists gave her a sticker since she couldnt have a toy..... and now they are going out of their way to not let me have her records to change to a new dentist. Thankfully I found one that is awesome and willing to redo X-rays without charging me, because they cant believe the experience weve had. NO customer appreciation. NO thought for the Children theyre caring for. Terrible place!!!!

My 5 year old daughter and I were referred to Dr Milo. Wait time wasnt too long. When we were called in a particular staff member was very rude to my daughter. My daughter broke her femur due to tripping 3 weeks prior. This particular lady made fun of her towards another staff member stating that her accident wasnt "interesting". This was my daughters very first dental visit and she was so stressed about her broken leg that finding out that she has a decaying tooth didnt make things easier. Story short she was terrified and wasnt cooperating with the particular lady and Doctor. Doctor Milo lost his patience and shook my daughters head (as his fingers were still in my daughters mouth) and yelled "stop it". I told him to never touch her like that again. After he took a look at her tooth he tried to justify what he did was just to get her attention! He was apologizing by telling me what he did was ok?! I beg you not to go there. It was indeed a traumatizing experience for the whole family. We will NEVER return.

The staff was the worse. The office manager Pam was impolite and did care about my feeling as a consumer. I came in with six kids and wanted to pay for services in advance. I asked what was owed they gave me an amount I paid it. No after all is done I now getting a bill. I am so disgusted with this company. I was told that they should have done a predetermination for services. I replied how I was supposed to know that, I expected for you to do your job and give me accurate information. So I recommend you check with your insurance because they won’t Now with all the money that I have paid in advance I still owe more money because it was not done correctly. I hated it. I will never go back and will not recommend them at all.
