If I could give them zero stars I would. I thought I would try this new office because its in a more convenient location from work. To start, I had to wait almost 2 months for an appointment. Then, two days before my appointment I was notified that it was cancelled and had to be rescheduled because....."we have a meeting that day and were cancelling all appointments". Hmm thats the longest meeting Ive ever heard of. On top of this the earliest they can get me in is another month and a half away! Really?? You honestly think that it is right that I should have to wait that long...again? I will take my business to a much more reliable dentist office, DMD Torres. Ive never had any reason to complain with them.

Hard sell. First off I went in for a cleaning and an exam and didnt get either. Instead I was poked and prodded and x rayed for 45 mins. Later the dentist came in with a lady in a suit, not a good sign! They provided me with a plan for my smile. The woman in the suit was providing me the $$$ to fix my smile prior to even a cleaning! All three surrounded me as I layed in the chair. They even took normal pictures of my teeth and posted them on a screen directly in front of me I felt to humiliate me. Ill give them credit for assuming the sale, but healthcare is the wrong venue for these tactics.

If I could give Titusville Smiles a million stars I would. Most comfortably and relaxing Dental experience of my life. Dr Van Duyne is amazing!!!!
