Overall good service, but they are EXTREMELY interested in getting XRays in. American Dental Association recommends Xrays every 2 to 3 years, depending upon the individual and their risks, and AFTER a Dentist has seen the patient. I had to tell them 4 different time I did not want Xrays. And my last Xrays were LESS than 2 years ago. The receptionist asked if I wanted to decline the service even though it was covered by insurance. I find it highly unethical to suggest a medical procedure just because its paid for, especially when radiation is involved. Go here, get your cleanings and check ups, but stand your ground on not needing Xrays too frequently... at ANY Dentist. If youre prone to cavities, you may need them frequently. If youre not sure, go to the ADA web site. Theyre not in the business of selling Xrays.

I and my children have been going to the Tukwila Bright Now! Dental office for many years now. We continue to go there because we always have a good experience with all the staff - from those who work the front desk to those more behind the scenes, the dental assistants, hygienists, and dentists. They are friendly, make us feel welcome, and do very good work. Another thing I really like is that I can get braces (for my son) and root canals done that require a specialist at the same place - no need to go to a different office to have different things done, as I had to do many years ago with my old dentist. The Tukwila Bright Now! Dental office has made going to their office a much easier thing for us to do. I really appreciate the good work they all do there.

The compassion, understanding, empathy and care that you guys have given me meant a lot. I would also like to thank Dr. John Park and his assistant for taking such good care of me. They do a good job of getting to you on time. And the staff is friendly and very efficient. I like the fact that if they see something that needs to be done, they just do it. That makes up for the small mistakes of dentists misnumbering my teeth on his chart. Periodontics guy shows up twice a month. Not good. They need more periodontists on staff or on contract. Waiting for a month to see a periodontist is UNACCEPTABLE. Other than that, I am happy.

Had the worst most painfull cleaning ever. They have you sign your rights away. Stateing that if they cause any damage to you you can only recover $5,000. Humm been sued lately? Why the need to have you sign this. Never in my life have I ever signed such a form. I refused. Its a tooth mill they want to get as much money from you as posable. Its called lets max out the insurance. Run dont walk from this place!!!

Absolutely horrible for orthodontist! I was missed quoted by over $3,000 on the cost of my ortho work. When inquired there was no remorse for the mistakes made. They also suck with scheduling! The workers are rude and incompetent, but thats not a surprise being that the site manager is never available. Overall had a horrific experience!

I have been going to Bright Now Dentist for about 3 to 4 years now and I always enjoy my visit there. No one really likes to go to the dentist but the staff at bright now makes it much easier. They are helpful informative and very gentle. I would recommend them to anyone with an A+ plus.

The Ortho teams are very knowledgeable, describes each step clearly and in a result based manner; especially the most current Orthodontist (Dr Brown). Appointments were easy. Office staff are friendly and worked miracles to fit in needed adjustments. Im pretty happy with the service.

I needed a root canal, and all went well. I dont like going to the dentist, but I didnt mind quite so much since the staff are nice, and that helped a lot. I have had no issues with my root canal or crown. I would recommend for adults.

After the doctor said I have healthy teeth, they quoted me a $400 dollar cleaning AFTER insurance. They tacked on every expensive cleaning procedure they could, and when I challenged them they had some BS excuse.

Very friendly staff. Dr. Ted Hughes made the whole exprience very smooth and not painful at all. very nice and gentle during my extractions for my braces. I highly recommend this place.
