Original post: Clean, staff up front is very friendly and Dr. Torres was amazingly nice. However, the hygienist, whom I spent the most time with, ruined the experience for me. I am an honest person, but honesty and tactfulness are not mutually exclusive. She made me feel uncomfortable enough that I asked her to stop the cleaning and left. The hygienist needs a lesson in bedside manner. I will make sure all my co-workers at the Board of County Commissioners steer clear of her, not necessarily the office itself though. I made an appointment to return, but I will be cancelling it and returning to my previous dentist. His office was not high tech like theirs, but at least the people there were never judgmental. Update: Someone from the office called me today (4 days after visit) to follow up with me regarding my experience. The receptionist was very nice and offered to set me up with a different hygienist (which, in all fairness, they offered to do the same day I was there). Unfortunately, once I get a bad taste in my mouth (no pun intended) for a place, it is impossible to win me back over. They get an extra star for trying though! Not many places care enough about their reputation to follow up.

Dr. Melissa Rosello and her team have been an incredible part of my dental journey. Six years ago I had an accident that resulted in throbbing mouth pain and required one root canal and two new front teeth. Dr. Rosello did all three of those in one day and I walked out feeling completely confident in my smile. I moved to Colorado and this April I noticed some discoloration happening on one of my front teeth (the first photo). I wanted to make sure that I had matching front teeth before my wedding in July, so, I made a long weekend trip to Orlando down to the only person I trust to do the job. Dr. Rosello not only took care of my tooth, she was able to get her genius "ceramics guy" to come in the next day and I was back home by Monday. I cant overstate how amazing my experience has always been and highly recommend University Dental Group. Thank you, miracle worker Dr. Rosello!

I have to say, University Dental Group is the best. At 55 years old, I still admit Im a "dental coward." I have fears from my childhood that never left. I was overdue for a cleaning, so I was nervous about my first time in the chair. My cleaning was thorough, painless and the hygienist had a wonderful personality. Put me right at ease. Dr. Torres did my exam and yesterday, fixed my front tooth that had chipped. I have a big smile and felt awful looking in the mirror. My experience with Dr.Torres was amazing. She was so kind, gentle...and talented. The best part of all, my smile looks like new. Gorgeous! I couldnt be happier. Come here...youll be happy you did!

I chose this dentist due to the ratings I saw online. The building is clean and appears well maintained. The staff are very friendly and professional. The providers seem very competent and thorough. The dentist has excellent bedside manner. Getting an appointment was fast and easy, even as a new patient. The insurance coverage and charges for service were explained well. I had an urgent problem, and they got me right in and got it fixed. There was less pain than I expected, and they made me feel very comfortable. My husband despises going to the dentist, but now he has an appointment coming up! I definitely recommend this dental group.

I was greeted by an extremely friendly reception staff and had to wait no more than 5 minutes in the lobby. It seems that every time I come to get my check up, they are always on time with my appointment! My oral hygienist was very kind and communicated with me well about my teeth... most importantly no pain! Dr. Khalil came in minutes later and did a thorough review or my teeth and bite which is nice because in the past I have had dentists barely look at me before moving on to the next person. Overall, University Dental Group exemplifies to qualities that every customer looks for: courtesy and individual care to each patient.

Dr. Khalil is hands down the best. From start to finish my experience with the entire staff was amazing. University Dental was my first dental experience and I was more than lucky to land on such an amazing team. They were extremely knowledgable and walked me through each step of the process to ensure I felt comfortable with what was going on. Dr. Khalil realized my upper wisdom teeth needed to be removed ASAP and got me in with an emergency appointment the next day at a discounted price. No pain during and after the procedure. Would recommend to all of my family, close friends, and colleagues.

Before I even had time to finish writing my name down to check in, my dental hygienist was pretty much calling me back. No wait time is always a nice thing :) My hygienist was friendly and did a great job on cleaning my teeth, best of all, no pain when getting my teeth cleaned! Dr. Khalil came in right after and did a thorough exam on my teeth. This is my third time going there and I would recommend it to anyone in the area looking for an exceptional dentist. Overall a great experience!

I love this dental office. The staff is very courteous, knowledgeable, and treat you as family. No waiting; if you have an appointment, they will see you no later than 10 minutes after your appointment. I had to go to other office bc my health insurance changed. I came back today after almost two years and a half from the last time I was treated, and my hygienist and the doctor still remembered me and my kids. I will recommend this office to my friends and relatives.

University Dental Group is by FAR the best dental office I have ever been to. The front desk staff, dentists and assistants are some of the nicest people I have ever met. They were so kind and helpful when a childhood crown on my back tooth came off, and saw me that day so I wouldnt have to wait over the weekend with a sensitive tooth. They did not try to oversell me on pricey procedures and helped work with me and my situation. I would recommend them to anyone!!

I chose this place because it was so highly rated, and I was not disappointed! Andrea was my hygienist, and she was incredibly sweet and very gentle during the cleaning. I have pretty severe damage on my back teeth from years of grinding my teeth in my sleep, and this was the first dentist to photograph the damage in addition to X-rays so we can track it as time goes by. The office was very clean, and the staff was welcoming. Highly recommend!

So even though I dread going to the dentist this was one of the kindest places Ive ever walked into. From the moment I walked into the lobby the ladies at the front were all smiling and so nice to me. I get into the patients room and the nurses and Dr Torres took care of me for three hours for a root canal and made me feel at home and not at all like at a dentist office. Im glad I choose there.

I have been coming to UDG for years, usually seeing Dr. John Khalil. Dr. Rosello and Dr. Torres are also great. Overall, this group is the absolute best in full care family dentistry. The entire staff is not only professional, but also polite and comforting. The hygienists are diligent and personable. The facility is also clean, modern, and centrally located.
