My biggest problem isnt the 3 MONTH wait to be seen, then the 3 MONTH wait to be scheduled for subsequent appointments, or the fact that they were told its for an implant, but they cant manage to schedule you and an oral surgeon on the same day until youve been seen by at least 3 different dentists(in 7 months) FRESH out of school.... My biggest complaint is, that when a patient brings any of these concerns and criticisms to their attention, they ALL(office mouth piece, and brand new shiny dentists BOTH) respond in the same way... "If you dont like it, you can try elsewhere"!!! Even going so far as to tell me "people drive here from over an hour away because our prices are so low" in the same sentence. When I originally called back in Feb, I was told over the phone that "bone stim" was included. Was also told by one of the 3 dentists that "your bone stim is included, so that money could be used towards your flipper, only to be told by the office mouth piece that its an extra $225, and if you dont like it... Thats right... "You can TRY elsewhere"... Very professional. All of the assistants, and the one dentist(who took the mold for my flipper), were very pleasant and understanding, and professional. Its a real shame you are forced to work on the poorest of the poor. That can be a sad and disheartening job, but wait... You CHOSE to work at a CLINIC! "If you dont like it, you can try elsewhere"

I have an abscess tooth and I need antibiotics and pain meds to make it to my new dentist appt 6 days away. I was referred to the dental clinic due to they take walk ins at. 8am and 1pm. I was told I could be sitting there for a couple hours when I was on phone. I thought depending on 1st come basis. But while sitting there in tremendous pain after being the only one there at that time and registered. People were coming in and within 15mins they were called in the back. After 3 hours I was in soooo much pain with any ibuprofen that I took earlier to take edge off had worn off I couldnt rake it anymore I spoke to the nice receptionist and she said there were still expecting some more appointments and will be another hour or so. I told her to cancel and will go to emergency room. Now, yes, they told me there would be a wait, however, I feel if they have 2 specific walk in times they should have a couple dentists that rotate to only taking care of walk ins 1st come basis and not have to wait for everyone with appts who does not have a painful situation that could be potentially life threatening. Whats so funny is the sign in sheets, one with appts for people to sign in for pre made appts and the other, EMERGENCY WALK-INS. What a farce, there is no emergency to this walk in policy. That concept needs an overhaul.

Excellent service at the St. Elizabeth Dental Clinic. In August I had 7 teeth removed by Dr. Neil not sure of his last name, but he was outstanding. No pain, no problems the next day I could eat. Three months later. After through consultation and professional services Dr.Awasalla was awesome! I give your team there an A+. Thank you for my beautiful smile.
