Ive been here three times and I never should have returned after the first. Understaffed, rude and downright inconsiderate of other peoples time. They should check patients paperwork and insurance in between blood draws to ensure that simple errors dont cause unnecessary waits for patients. during my 1.5 hours, three patients had been turned away due to problems with their papers that only took 30 seconds to spot but because of the poor workflow the patients cumulative sat for hours. It took the staff less than 10 seconds to tell me that I had to go to a different lab but it took them 1.5 hours of waiting for them to bother giving me any attention at all. In that entire time only 4 patients had their labs performed. it took nearly 23 minute per patient to draw blood.

Very unprofessional. I never been to a place where they were so disorgonized. They SHOULD have a receptionist at the desk at all times. Awful place and the people are rude.
