I was there on 7/5/15 @ 3:20pm in room 2 Your employees were great. I am so sorry Didnt get their names. I had been @ a hospital the day before & had a test done & Was brused & swollen they all ck it out & Told me to put ice on bruse. How nice was that over & beyond their job duties. Overcrowded, slow. Not enough seating. Cant hear the receptionist. 45minutes till they did any papper work and still waiting. 1 hr all together. This place i highly under maned! Nothing but a peace work factory. Makes me qustion how good the lab work is if the workers in the labs the send the samples to is? Do they have to work in the same conditions? Rush rush rush.

I was at the Springfield Labcorp for my 3 hour glucose test and everyone was so nice. I especially appreciated Mark. I have small veins and they are usually hard to find. They had to draw blood 4 times and thankfully he was there because the other tech was not able to find a viable vein. I just wanted to say thank you to him for making the experience as easy as he could.

There website and phone service refuse to let you book an appointment. I work during the hours they are open and cant afford to take the chance of waiting an hour in line. It claims every appointment is unavailable for the next year or so I guess I wont be getting my labwork done......yay...

Was there September 2016 with my 2.5 year old who needed labs. In past experiences weve had to return and been unsuccessful getting the labs drawn. But this time two techs assisted us and were fast, attentive and we got the labs on the first stick and NO TEARS! They were awesome. Thanks!

Made appointment on line Filled out all information They did not notice I checked off made appointment and when asked why I was still waiting 45 minutes later I was told they had no listing of my appointment To have a seat and wait!

Irresponsible and idiots are in charge of this place. When we called them, they say they dont take appointments and after we went there they keep taking people who came after us, telling the others are coming with appointment

Horrible. Unprofessional. Not clean. Not customer friendly at all. Walked out without getting my blood work. Was very rude and dismissive to another gentleman who walked in before me. Ill stick to the Main Line facilities.

I walked in without an appt @ 10:40am, no wait. Staff was friendly and informative. After a little insurance info, I had blood drawn right away. In and out in 15 total. Great experience.
