Excellent and kind service! I came in on a Saturday morning with no appointment and they were able to see me within fifteen minutes. I am extremely nervous about needles and the phlebotomist was kind and patient, I asked her if she would mind talking to me during the draw to keep me distracted and she was happy to help. She turned what is usually a terrifying experience for me into something quick, easy and painless. I highly recommend this location for their wonderful and patient staff.

When I arrived at my appt time, I waited for close to 1/2 hr & when I asked how much longer it would be, I was told the system was down that morn & they didnt know when it would be coming up! When I asked why I wasnt told this, I was told that they were telling me now! The 2 idiots just couldnt think beyond their own computer issue to tell the patients waiting right in front of them. Non-thinkers.

While I was in and out of here in 15 mins, the woman who drew my blood was very rude. She never said hello, she never looked at me. I told her I would need to recline because I sometimes faint. She just pointed to the bench and said lie down! And then she stabbed my arm so hard it still hurts 4 days later! I will not go back to this location. I wish I didnt have to go to LabCorp at all.

Excellent people. All 4 staff people present helped navigate a seemingly cumbersome computer system. Stick was almost painless and successful the first time. Obviously this is not a destination people want to visit frequently, but if you have to go, this is the place.

Efficient--I was a walk in and got lucky that no one else was there, but was still impressed it took only 15 minutes for all paperwork processing and blood draw. Nearly painless draw too
