I have never had such a horrible experience in having lab work completed as I did at this location. I have blood work drawn every three months and I am very familiar with the proper protocols for minimizing the risk of cross contamination. In addition to the blood work I also have a quarterly urine analysis. I was the second appointment for the day. The receptionist/ phlebotomist gave me the urine cup. When I arrived at the bathroom there were no wipes to use to assure that I got the cleanest possible urine specimen. I let the receptionist/ phlebotomist know and her response to me was that I should have asked for one. She then reluctantly handed me a wipe. After completing my bathroom function, the bathroom contained no soap for hand washing. There was no soap dispenser nor any soap in the bathroom at all. I ended up exiting the bathroom and washing my hands at the technician prep sink where I noticed a bottle of foaming antibacterial soap. The receptionist / phelebotomist gloved only one hand when drawing my blood. She used the other ungloved hand to handle the tubes, bandages, and gauze. I have to assume this is her practice which raises major concern about the potential for continuous cross contamination putting patients, as well as herself at risk. She finished my blood draw, did not wash her hands, and immediately returned to her front desk duties. I was so appalled by this series of events that I called the corporate offices to share my concerns. I will never return to this location, but I hope that corporate has taken note and will work hard to assure that incidents like these are never repeated.

My experience with the location was awesome. It is a place where drug screenings for many different reasons are performed. In my experience when a lab has a restroom set up for drug screenings there wont necessarily depending on the location have water and soap inside the restroom, that is provided for you once you are done with your screening for common sense reasons. Her using one glove or two in order to protect the spread of germs is to protect her against the spread of contaminations at any rate I dont think this was a disgraceful or risky enough reason at all to say such negative things, if the restroom didnt have water or soap obviously it was for a reason and not necessarily the fault of the technician. I would suggest in the future if its important enough to give such a horrible rating over nothing Walmart has personal size soap and hand sanitizer which is very convenient for reasons like this. I am a true germaphobic but common sense to use a piece of tissue to open the bathroom door and step to the sink outside the restroom where there was soap and water due to this being a drug screening facility would have taken over and the need to give a bad review because of something that small would have been a waste of time to me when more important things like murderers are on the loose and need to be found.

Ive been going here, and the Folsom location 2 to 4 times a month for about 2 years, and have never had a bad experience. And Im not what they call n easy draw, due to frequency. Shondra at the Glenolden site, and the girls of Folsom are always there with a quick smile and a hello. It definitely makes a pain in the butt necessity, a little more easier. If it werent for the poking part, Id actually enjoy it.

I visited the Glenolden location twice, January and May and both times impressed at the great job the associate Chandra is doing handling the number of people waiting their turn. She is efficient, courteous and patient working so hard to deal with questions, amount of people and smiling and offering a kind word to all when drawing their blood . She is a true asset to your organization.

I saw other people saying that the woman at the front desk wasnt helpful or personable, but the woman I met was wonderful! Especially considering I walked in at 11:10 and she was closing in twenty minutes for lunch. Maybe the woman I met was a different woman, either way I thought I should say something since the place has gotten some nasty reviews in regards to their employees.

I found the staff to be rude and unfriendly,,I requested a butterfly in the hand which she seem to be reluctant to want to do ,and proceeded to check my arm I told her if she could not or don,t want to do the hand,i will leave and get it done elsewhere...She asked why I wanted it done in the hand, and I told her that way works best for me.

The woman working here needs to find a job where she is working with dead people, then no one has to deal with her ....She was the most ignorant person working in a customer service field.....I got it ,you dont like people and you dont like you job... Even though this is about 2 minutes from my house Ill never go back
