I was signing on to make my 3 month appointment and saw these reviews. I am shocked. I love this Quest. I will go nowhere else. The two women there, Zhanna and Brenda are the best. They are sooooo friendly and very talented with the needle. I am the hardest stick ever and they know all the secrets to get my blood on the first try. They work fast and efficient to get you in and out on time. The place is immaculate. Very comfortable waiting room. The comment about the children is unreal also. I gave up my appointment one day to a woman that had a special needs child who was acting up and was really really upsetting the mom. She took him in to Zhanna and she knew exactly what to do to get that sample as painlessly and as quickly as possible. I can only think that these reviews must be very old. I have been using this Quest for the past 7 years and would go nowhere else.

My husband and I recently had to have wellness check ups for his benefits through his employer. We didnt have an appointment on a Saturday morning and were very quickly and efficiently accommodated by the Quest staff. They were very knowledgeable, proficient and professional. As I am not one to like to have blood drawn, it was a very pleasant and not painful or uncomfortable experience at all. Would definitely recommend this location to anyone.
