Incredibly rude receptionist. I arrived for the noon appointment I made online. She said someone else had a noon appointment, and it was impossible for two people to have the same appointment time. She yelled across the waiting room to another patient to ask her if she had a noon appointment. This patient says yes. I ask her to check her system. Im not in the system. So apparently LabCorps online scheduler makes mistakes. The receptionist tells me theres nothing she can do for me. I have to sit and wait, but every person with an appointment will get priority over me. I ask her how long it might take because Im there on my lunch hour. She tells me she has no idea. I ask if it could take 30 minutes, 60, 90? Because I have to get back to work. She says she cant tell me. I walked out. Never again.
