Went here twice. Was never seen. First day staff told me I Needed to come back at 12:15 since they were going on lunch break. Second day I went, I signed in at 1 pm. Wasnt spoken to for an hour. Front desk was empty. Stood at the front desk for about 5 minutes when someone showed up and told me to take a seat. I told them Id been waiting for an hour without being so much as spoken to, and would leave if they couldnt see me that day. I left. Would give less stars if possible. One staff member working front desk and all appointments, religious and tax informercials on repeat. Would not let this place stick needles inside of me.

This diagnostic facility has poor customer focus and is painfully slow. I checked in 2 minutes after the office opened as a walk up patient. I did not get my blood work 2 and half hours later. I asked when was our turn, I was told that 2+ hours of waiting time is normal. Save yourself the time and trouble and go to other locations. In short this facility should be close down or need to have better organization skills and management.

I was worried about coming here after reading the bad reviews, but it was the only one open on Saturdays so I had no choice. I must say I was pleasantly surprised by my experience. The workers were very friendly and professional. I barely had to wait at all to be seen. The place was clean and comfortable. I absolutely recommend this location.

the front desk staff are extremely care-free and rude. i came in for a simple check up and she gave me absolute hardest time. she has no consideration, no respect, and lacks interest in the patiens concerns. she was so cruel, that i left. I am NOT pleased.

I go once a month and the girls are always really nice, Im usually in and out pretty fast. I definitely dont mind going there at all. Its so much better than front and Oregon, those people take forever and the women are rude and LAZY!!

No one at front desk to talk to. Extremely behind schedule. what shouldve been a 30 minute or less appointment is now over an hour. And they dont know how to talk to people.

Signed in at 10am waited over an hour and a half for simple, routine bloodwork. No hand soap in the bathroom at a place that asks people to piss into cups in there.
