This was one of the most humiliating experiences of my life. I went to see Dr. J for pain in my upper teeth. I had been to my primary thinking that my sinuses may be the issue. I was on antibiotics with no relief so I went to the Dentist thinking that it had to be my tooth. I go to VIP, the Dentist tells me my tooth is abscessed. I had to wait a week to get it pulled due to work. Dr. J gives me antibiotics and a 4 day supply of pain meds. On day 6 I call the office because the 4 day supply is over. They give me a refill for 4 days and 2 days later I get my tooth surgically extracted with a sinus patch at a cost of $500. The day of the surgery I did not receive any prescriptions. I told them I had 2 days left and I was told that would not be enough and to call for more when I needed them. This was on a Saturday. That Monday, after the script was almost out, this is now 5 days after the 4 day script. Meaning I am taking them as prescribed (actually less). I call and get a very rude receptionist telling that I cannot get anymore medication. I am like but it is only 2 days after my surgery. My face was bruised, a knot in my jaw and my face is swollen. I end up coming in to the office to see the Dr. He gives me another 4 day supply at that time he tells me it can take up to 6 weeks to heal and that each person heals differently. This is when I am bringing up the concern of the knot in my face and the bruising and pain. I am told that day if I am still in pain to call. 8 days later, I call. I am still in pain, not sleeping. I cannot lay down because my entire face on that side is throbbing. There is still a knot on my jaw where the bruise was and swelling in face. I am told that I cannot get anymore pain meds. Now, I am scheduled to have another surgery at the beginning of June because I was told another tooth was abscessed, even though I expressed no pain in that area. (They just scam people out of money) Now, I am trying to use Ibuprofen every 6 hours, and Tylenol in between and it is not working. While my husband and I are in the room waiting for the Dr. The Receptionist, a person with NO medical degree and someone who does not even know me, tells the Dental Asst and the Doctor that I am drug seeking. I could not believe what I was hearing!!!! This doctor ripped my face up, beat it to a pulp and I am drug seeking!!! I was appalled and just honestly disappointed in the lack of professionalism. The Doctor went off of the word of a receptionist that has only ever talked to me once and signed me in for my appointments. I am seeking legal remedies at this point. I believe that my tooth was not abscessed and did not need to removed. They are scamming people that are in pain and taking advantage. I would not recommend this place to anyone.

Doctor Dave, knows your sick and a doctor screwed up on you. He will misdiagnosed you for the purpose to save that other doctor. To save their butts. Thats not the type of doctor that wants to save your life you should not go there. trust me on this, So, Doctor Dave may misdiagnosed you as a patient. When his other doctors have came up with a diagnosed. What is wrong he has fired those doctors. And request you to go to another specialist to find out what is wrong with you. when he knows what has been wrong with you for over 8 months and decided to past you on to another specialist. When doctor Dave the owner from the VIP Dental clinic decides to misdiagnosed from his own doctor. when he trys to diagnose his other doctors and say everything is okay? thats not right! He should have taken care of me with the first diagnosed surgery, instead of making me suffer for 8 months, this doctor told me he was a specialist. when he made me suffer for several months. if he just fix the problem like he said, and did surgery instead of turning his back on me. this would never of happened. And, to say everything is healed properly when nothing was healed properly, Is a horrible doctor, he should not be in business God bless them on the way out :-) they will take pictures of your jaw to misdiagnosed you to prove it in court, thats the type of doctor youre dealing with. thats not the type of doctor you want to be with. you want a doctor that will help you in your time of need. not to misdiagnosed and lie to you, hes a horrible doctor its a horrible place just be careful what you step into thats my opinion. like he said to me, on the way out of his clinic today. "Im only human, we all make mistakes " how many times has that doctor have to make mistakes? And he smiled at me and laugh at me on the way out :-) Thank You DOCTOR DAVE I am a big fan of yours! Please give them there outrages $200.00 for there insurance plan. that you milk everyone with and lie to us. why did i give you that money? so you may lie to me and try to undermined me? your a horrible person wake up have a concision and integrity. and face up to your lies my little grey hair old guy with glass, you should not practice in the state of Florida if it was up to me.

I was surprised as a new pt I could be seen the next day. (RED FLAG) I asked them to check beforehand if I would need to pay anything at the time of the visit and I was assured they would call me back with that info. They did not. (RED FLAG) I called before my appt asking how much cash I would need to bring. I was told "its really hard to get information about your insurance," (RED FLAG) "if you havent used this insurance before you wont need to pay anything." She then said I would need to pay $50 at the time of my visit. (RED FLAG) I bypassed confrontation saying I would see her in a couple of hours. When I arrived ten minutes early, no one was at the desk (RED FLAG) and the very well decorated waiting room (that would comfortably hold 30 people) was empty. (RED FLAG) I waited at the desk for about 5 minutes before, in my desire to get the ball rolling, I took the initiative and began to fill out paperwork already placed in the clipboard. (RED FLAG ) A girl finally came out and mentioned my self- start but never apologized for not being helped immediately. (RED FLAG)I completed the paperwork and waited. Another girl came out after a while and asked if they had all of my insurance information and photo id. I said yes. She disappeared without any indication of how much longer it would be. I then heard girls laughing and chatting in the back. When my phone read 12:35 I walked out the door with as much consideration as I was shown...and I will not be returning! Apparently I ignore red flags!!! Oh...Ive failed to include the long conversation and assurances I received on the phone when I made the appt about my fears and anxiety due to my last experiences with a procedure done to me 5 yrs ago. Not surprisingly, I now discover this dentist (displayed in full tuxedo on 8x10 outside of the office) also runs that dental emergency office in Clwr that was not able to correct the problem after several visits. This office deserves a zero from my experience because thats what I got from them!!!
