DO NOT GO HERE!!! My insurance covers two cleanings per year. Dentist entered, poke around a bit, used the ultra sound on my teeth for 10 minutes or so and left. Dental assistant says that is it (no scraping, polishing or flossing) and by the way I have to pay $35 because that constituted a deep cleaning. I tell her that every cleaning I have had for 20 years included ultra sound (same as they did), scraping, polishing, and flossing. She agrees that is a cleaning but they could not do that on me as I needed a deep cleaning. I explain to her that she just told me a cleaning was ultrasound (which they did), scraping, polishing and flossing so how is it that I have to pay $35 (my insurance covers cleaning 100%) for less. She again says its a deep cleaning. I inform her I wont be back. As I exit my wife (who was in the waiting room after her cleaning) informs me all they did was scrape (no ultrasound) and polish and it was the worst she has ever experienced.

Horrible experience. I am a sixty eight year old retired teacher and not one to complain readily. Greenberg dental is the worst dental experience I have ever encountered. In pain for months with a tooth and was referred to three different Greenberg offices over a six week period of time. I had to travel over twenty miles away from my home to the different locations and in one office the doctor did not even show up for my appointment.The staff was nice and made me an appointment three weeks later. Needless to say my tooth pain became more unbearable and I went somewhere else. You get what you pay for. Spend some extra money and go to real professionals who care.

Horrible experience! I will not be returning. I dont usually write reviews but this place was like walking into a horror show! The front office ladys were wonderful. But the people who actually clean your teeth were rude & disrespectful. I came here because it is right across the street from my house and was excited but I will not have someone judge me and tell me you need to floss more and proceed to tell me my teeth are gross! Plus the office was disgusting. I can get way better customer service than that somewhere else!

Terrible customer service!! They NEVER answer the phone, so you have to leave a message with their answering service and if they call back it is usually 4 to 5 hours later. Finally got a call back to schedule a simple cleaning; however, they couldnt find me in their system which I had been there several times over the last 2 years. I give up and will be finding another dentist.

This office is not open saturdays. The answering service couldnt answer any of my questions. They didnt even know the office hours! This is a shame! I dont appreciate false advertisement!!! RED FLAG, RED FLAG! VIP Dental Center was open on saturday and able to see me right away! I recommend them!

The staff are very friendly and knowledgeable. The dentist and other dental staff are very gentle, thorough, and informative. Making an appointment was nearly effortless and my husband and I were able to get in quickly.

I didnt get to go inside because THEY NEVER OPENED!!!! WAITED OUTSIDE FOR OVER AN HOUR. NEVER AGAIN. GO TO COAST DENTAL, THEYRE EVERYWHERE AND ARE NICE, CLEAN, AND OPEN UP EARLIER IF NEEDED.
