The only thing nice about this place is the fish tank. I went in to get my wisdom pulled after telling them I have crowed teeth. So when I was getting my wisdom pulled the roots (so I thought) of my wisdom was hurting. I kept telling him it hurts then I started tearing because of pain and he said angrily "I cant work like this". He told the staff member to do another X-ray exam. The X-ray staff forcefully push the plastic thing all the way inside my mouth making my gums bleed. Turns out they didnt do the X-ray correctly the 1st time and miss the part that my wisdom was impacted w my JAW BONE and I needed a oral surgeon not a general dentist. So what I was really feeling was my jaw bone being pulled and thats why I had so much pain. He only prescribed me Tylenol 3 and I still felt the pain afterwards from my jaw to the top of my head. I was crying a lot when I got home. I could of sue but I decided to get my money back instead and not see them again. I rather just warn everybody. I know one they will have a customer that will not deal w this mistreatment. Put your customers 1st! I switch to gms dental, its pricey but I know I wont ever get mistreated like northstar dental.

North Star Dental Center is very clean and new looking. It is very inviting when you first walk in, with a large fish tank, a TV on the wall, and toys for kids in the corner. The staff is very friendly and knowledgeable. I recently had a root canal and two crowns put on here, and the dentist was very professional and skilled. Months later, I have had no issues with my crowns. I would recommend North Star Dental Center to anyone.

Ive never been a fan of going to the dentist but this has been my best experience period. I was able to be seen on a Saturday which makes my life much easier. The entire staff was really helpful from the lady who checked me in, to the assistants and Dr. Kenner. Dr. K was so thorough and for maybe once in my life didnt feel anxious or really any discomfort! Thanks so much guys and see yall in 6 months!

I took my 4 year old daughter here for her teeth cleaning the staff was really friendly also had great attitude, the dental assistant really made my daughter feel so comfortable and took the time to explain everything she was doing so she wouldnt feel scared and the dentist was really friendly too Im glad I switched dentists. Walking out my daughter said she likes going to the dentist now.
