I just had another amazing dental experience at Smith Dental Care! Jennifer the lead RDA as always was very professional and her kind nature just makes her that much better. Jennifer remembered me from my last visit and even asked how my daughter was doing.. Wow, how profound that she cared enough to listen, remember me and ask about my kid. Jennifer is a very heartfelt person & made my day, she is great at her job taking care of patients! My daughter loves visiting the Dentist now so much more than before. Christie the best hygienist that I have ever had! Christie is a sweetheart, she was so gentle on my teeth and did such a detailed cleaning that the service I was given was very affordable for the amazing service I was receiving. I would pay extra to get services like I did today from my cleaning but it was not even a hundred dollars for my visit, to say the least it is very affordable to be pampered in such a beautiful classy establishment. Payment plans are excepted, I have Care Credit so they made it really is for me to finance my care. From the dental chairs giving a gentle back massage to the nitrous to calm my nerves made me feel like I was at a spa having my teeth cleaned polished & even look whiter! I cant stop smiling from my visit! Connie and Susan were both so understanding with my busy schedule and very thorough explaining my options for preventative care. Dr. Aaron Douglas did my exam and explained to me everything he was doing while reassuring me of my dental health, he truly is an educator with intelligence that made me feel just as confident as he is with his dentistry. I never had a Dentist introduce himself with such class, he shook my hand with eye contact and even was witty to make conversation with a joyful spirit that was very sincere. I am so happy I finally found a clean, positive, excellent quality care with all the missleading dental offices in east Texas Smith Dental Care by far earned the title of being the best! I travel to NY monthly and with all the other dental options I have in the big city, I still choose Smith Dental Care in Tyler Texas for all of my family and my dental needs! I have been a patient for > 4 years--and I have never had a single complaint. Well, I take that back--I had a concern regarding a crown fitting properly and Dr. Joe (very intelligent, kind, gentle, and soft spoken) worked up a completely new crown. No fuss, no $$ out of my pocket--just great customer service. My hygienist (Christi) is observant, attentive, meticulous and compassionate--always taking care not to cause discomfort. I find Smith Dental to be professional, care driven, and efficient! I would highly recommend their service to anyone!

I have been going to Dr. Smiths office since the mid 90s. I have had Christie cleaning my teeth every time since then. That office is amazing. They treat you like family. They remember your name when you come back. One thing that I like is they do not have much turnover at all. Dr. Smith takes really good care of his employees from what I have seen over the years. I would recommend them to anyone who is looking for a dentist.

Dear Smith Dental, when you say you start registration at 5:30 and I get there at 5:00 that does not mean that you start turning people away at 4:30 am. Whats wrong with you Tyler, get your advertising for community events right or hire the right people. In short, Im ticked that I woke up on a Saturday at 4am for nothing!

Dr. Smith will put you completely to sleep for dental procedures. There are 2 other dentists there too that are great people and very sensitive to the patients pain. They really do care!
