I am new in Kingwood and needed a dentist because I had a loose filling. Minor thing, should not have been a big deal, I went to Castle Dental in Humble and I have never had a more awful experience in my life. I have had root canals that were more comfortable. The dentist started by getting me in the chair and then upping all the charges as I sat there with my jaw numbing and making me hand over my credit card before the work was even done. Then she said that my mouth was too small and she had to shove a large rubber wedge into my mouth, I have never had that happen, but the worst part is that the technician did not suction and I my mouth was filling up with fluid and running down my chin and then the fluid went up my sinuses and I started to choke and couldnt breath. The dentist acted liked I was being a pain. So Then the dentist did me a favor by putting the suction tube in my mouth but no one was there monitoring it and it was sliding down my throat and I started to gage. It was at this point that I started to feel panicky and I have had root canals and never felt this way. the dentist then started to work on a small front indention made from me brushing too hard and she gripped my front jaw so long and so hard that my jaw literally went into convulsions and would not stop shaking.I have never had my jaw go into convulsions before. The dentist was completely unsympathetic and cold. It was traumatizing, it was unnecessarily painful and it was incredibly expensive and I will never ever ever go back there.

Dont waste time and money. I was came here for 2 years. Its just getting worst. Every 6 months I came its new people working. When I asked why they told me that people get experience and go. Basically what they told me is If they work there they didnt have experience. Last time the doctor was alone with no assistance. He had hard time with the light that wasnt working properlty. Today the doctor had to stop 3 time because it was liquing on the machine. Really, every time I came here its almost 2 thousand because I have to take new x-rai and they always find 4, 5 filings to do even I branch my teeth 3 times a day and usin press washing machine on night. I usually dont like to complain but today when I told the front lady what happens she just actions like she didnt care. I asked her to remove my number from their siste, she just said ok. Again, really I just paid you almost 2 thousand and you even try to keep me. Everyone that dont believe it just go the to see in person how crape is it. Last thing be prepared to be assiste 30, 45 minutes after your appointment. Edimar Duarte

I came 20 minutes late. Instead of informing me that I would be pushed to the end of the line they had me wait two hours to be seen! I had two appointments one for me and my daughter. Then the doctors says we only scheduled an exam when I specifically asked for an early appointment so I could have time to get any cleanings or work done. When I got there they didnt have any appointments for cleaning. They only did the exam. Total waste of time. They saw my daughter and totally forgot about me! I had to ask....what about me! Im trying my hardest not to flip out! Very unprofessional! Not rude but unorganized. Dr. Boch moved slow and I never saw her after waiting three hours! They gave me another Doctor who also was over booked and pregnant. She was sweet but still confused on what was going on! The front Clerk was able to sort things out but they need better communication. I miss my old doctor never sign up for HMO.... if Im paying for insurance I am going to pick my own doctor! Best dentist in Houston Dr. Thang Tran @ Tristar Dental on I-10 east!

Upon arriving I was greeted cordially and with a smile by Mrs Lupe Cardenas. She asked that I fill out the necessary forms and that I would be called shortly. The wait was short. The RDH, Mrs Teresa Adams, had the best bed side manor that I had had in a very long while. She explained the procedures she was going to under take and I tell you Mrs Adams cleaned my teeth and they felt great. I left with a great big smile. Great job Mrs Adams. Mrs Kerstin Villaseñor was gracious and explained when my next appointment would be and if it was convenient. She scheduled the appointment and thanked me, with a smile, for visiting Dental Castle. The visit was very pleasant especially after meeting with these three individuals. Customer Service at its best. Great job Mrs Cardenas, Mrs Adams and Mrs Villaseñor.

Hell, this is one of the worst places that I have ever been to. Theres no flow to the office. I came in for an orthodontist consultation, and as soon as I came in, I should have left. The young woman didnt really care about the paperwork, the orthodontist wanted to run extra unneeded x rays, and then he sent me to the waiting room where I have been waiting for well over 45 minutes, for pricing. I would understand if there were a lot of people, but there isnt. I dont suggest this place at all.

From the ladies at the front desk, to the dental hygienists, to the dentist herself, everyone had my best interest in mind. When I arrived, I was a nervous wreck, but the dentist assured me that if I experienced any pain, she would stop the procedure and address it immediately. She asked me to trust her and I did, and the surgery was successful and most importantly, I did not experience any pain! I would highly recommend the staff and dentist at Castle Dental, Bypass!!!

The entire staff at Humble West are nothing less than professional and accommodating. From the moment you walk in the door you know you came to the right place. The General and Ortho teams work like a well oiled machine from start to finish. From the wonderful ladies up front to the Assistants, Hygienists and Dentists , "Teamwork" is obviously a priority and it shows. Thanks for all you do

The staff and dentists here are very courteous and professional! Every visit has been very pleasant. Im always treated with genuine care and respect, rather than just another number or insurance claim. Id recommend this location to anyone in need of dental care, rather it be a routine cleaning or root canal.

Everyone has great personality and welcomed me in. I walked into a warm and friendly atmosphere. Great a front desk by the ladies friendly smile. The doctor Pasraji and her assistant Sabrina are this best. Bridgett help me with my fears of financial responsibility and made my feel important. Love my dentist

Hi, My visit at Castle Dental on 1960 bypass was an absolute pleasure. Ms.Bridgett Gilder was extremely helpful and very professional. Her smile was warm and pleasant and she was very attentive to my needs. By far the best experience than any other dental establishment Ive encountered.
