Ok, so we drive all the way from St. Pete. for this service. I have been happy...today was different. My girl who cleaned my teeth was awesome and very informative! We then went over Everything, including setting my next appointment for Monday, when my husband was to return. She also showed me the schedule and he had an appointment for Tuesday also. So, I finish and an hour or so later, the "receptionist" calls me over. I stand there literary shaking I am so cold and she just staring at the computer...about 5 minutes pass and she says nothing, I also tell her that my back upper right molar is now hurting since the cleaning, she ignored me. I said it 3 times, and nothing, just staring at the computer, so I told her, "while your figuring it out, I toIll go to the bathroom". I come back and still nothing. She finally gives me a bill that is combined with my husbands. I questioned this because we are financing separately. She continues to say "you have the same account". I explained that we did not, we are separate. She continues with putting a BIG circle around my portion and telling me no. She then asks me if I want to make an appointment, I tell her its done and its Monday at 2:30...she stares at the computer and tells me no. I said " yes, the same time as my husband. She says no. I said, "yes and he also has an appointment on Tuesday". She says no. Finally my hygienist comes out and confirms. The lady/receptionist says, "we have to cancel, he cant have a deep cleaning after the extractions". I telm her he wasnt finished, they only did one side of his mouth. She says "no, he cant have a deep cleaning". I explained 3 times that he only had 1/2 of them taken out and has another whole side left". She sits there clueless....no idea what Im talking about. This goes on and on. I finally go back to the waiting room. About 45 minutes later, we pick it right black up..."so youll be coming by yourself Monday?" I said no, Im not driving another hour without my husband. She contunues to tell me about teeth cleaning....so again tell her he has more extractions...back and forth. She then says that the Dr. is on vacation. Two others come in and join the conversation. She proceeds to tell Belinda that "she wigged out anout the bill". I did Not "wig out", thank you...I was frustrated because the lady wasted my time, had No Idea what she was doing as yoi can see and then has the audacity to tell her superior that I "wigged out"??? Very Unprofessional!!! Needless to say, I got my husband into the truck and neither of us have another appointment. I was told to call tomorrow and figure it out. Really?? So, I get home and I have w emails. 1st is at 5:58, Reminder of my 2:30 appointment that I CANCELLED. 2nd 6:20, this one. Really? After ALL of that and she didnt cancel my appointment? My mom, Linda Carlisle has spent $1,000s with you guys, she brought me there. I spent $19,000 18 months ago...I brought my husband there who is Now locked into $17,000 and this lady can insult my intelligence And insult me to other coworkers infront of me?? She does not belong there and I am seriously contemplating looking elsewhere, maybe its not worth the 40 minute drive for that. I spent more time with her than anyone else & it was horrible. Thanks, Terri Higgins

As with most of the industry up north our new dentist stopped grinding full bites many years ago. Nor is it required to burn away your gums with a laser or flay them back to clean to the roots of deep pocket areas. He gets the desired results without destroying your teeth by grinding them away and making them permanently extremely sensitive to temperature, or lowering the gum line creating large holes between the teeth as a result of the surgery. the Industry has been able to numb the deep pocket area and clean them to the roots with minimal grinding and achieve far better results inexpensively for years now. nor is the same dentist allowed to perform periodontal surgery as well as grinding bites in most places. I wish I had done my homework. Now im left with ugly skeleton teeth that hurt all the time. They told us our insurance covers very little after periodontal surgery after exhausting everything our insurance would cover for the year. Funny, our new dentist showed us our insurance web page and will clean my teeth every three months as well as covering deep cleanings as maintenance required after periodontal surgery with no out of pocket expenses. Dan Knellinger is getting rich destroying peoples teeth and gums unnecessarily. Once again I urge you to do your homework.

Dr. Knellingers office is many things, all of which are done well. They are ready when you come. They do the best job! They are up to date on the latest technologies. Details are important! A personal story ... I left them for a while in hopes of getting a major costly job, a bridge, done cheaper by someone else. I left that other dentist before they could make the bridge mold seeing the huge difference in expertise of the dentist and the chaos in their office. I could have lost the small amount of tooth I had left to attach the bridge to. I would have needed false teeth at that point. Maybe not the end of the world but I am not ready for that and, false teeth are also expensive! Dr. Knellingers office took me back in such a kind way without ever making me feel embarrassed. They are really skilled dentist and when it comes to saving your teeth its really worth doing it right or not at all. You can waste money with other dentist and still loose your teeth. I have had lots of dental work. Probably because I smoked. I have had several bad dentist and a few very good. Sometimes you dont know until they have messed up. Dr Knellinger has done two bridges for me now and they are both doing well and I have paid them off. I highly recommend Dr. Knellingers dentistry and staff.

I have a problem mouth and it is not just what I have to say. For years, I have struggled to keep my teeth in my head. As my young dentist told me - Gods designs are much superior to mans creation. She said that she wasnt interested in taking things out - just make them work better. I have never had an examination as thorough as I received from Dr. Stacy. She actually blew me away with the total care approach that she provided and the supporting staff were all completely supportive. You have to know that I have never met a dental process that I would want to repeat. But I have never seen a dentist as caring and informative as Dr. Stacy. Looking forward to a long relationship with the teeth in my head and with the Knellinger staff as a part of my "wellness team". Dr. Gary Goddard

Beware, Run the other direction After I was told I was going to need over $10,000 worth of Dental Work, I was Shocked. Since I just moved here I consulted my Dentist back in Nashville and sent them all my Xrays. They confirmed the Knellinger Office was pulling a Scam on me. Maybe because they knew I had a lot of money. Im still not sure. What is scary, is that there is Nothing wrong with my teeth. I have a new dentist here now that is HONEST. I have always had great dental care and my teeth and gums are in Excellent condition. Just because people are Nice doesnt mean they are Truthful. This place caused me lots of stress, thinking I had so many problems. So be careful. I am in the Medical profession and cannot believe these people are getting away with this.
