At first I was thrilled because they were willing to take all five of my kids at one time; however, were waited for over an hour and when we went back they said my kids had to be very quiet because there little room get noisy for the Doctor. My kids are 4, 5, 9, 11 and 15. Good luck with total quiet. There were four dirty beds, without proper lighting and sanitation in the room and there were four other kids besides my five there. There was no place to sit. The decor is home made felt creatures and dirty. After being treated rudely by the front staff, we were pleasantly ignored by the back office staff. It took us over three hours from start to finish. They wanted me to let a few of my kids remain unsupervised in the front lobby and I politely said no way. My kids each have trauma issues and can not be unsupervised. It was enough for me to consider going private pay, all of our kids have adoption support dentistry. The final issue is that they do not allow parents back into the actual procedure rooms, which I find appalling and below current industry standards. Given the filth in the room they let me see, I am unwilling to chance a dirty procedure room.

Having gone to Dr Reed for the past several years, I wouldnt even think of goind elsewhere. My son has down syndrome, and all of the staff have been patient, loving and kind of Joshua. I will be sad to go to another place once he is of adult age. The office is always busy so they must be doing something right. Well worth giving this office a chance. K.Owens New Port Richey, Fla

The staff is very nice, but the facility is awful. Theres no privacy. The children are all lined up in beds in one room. All patients are required to wear hair nets to prevent the spread of lice. I understand its a Medicade office, but our kids deserve a better facility. I felt very uncomfortable being there, and ashamed for my daughter.

HORRIBLE! This dental office is the WORST and FILTHIEST place I have ever been! The staff is rude, especially Dr. Reed! She has NO bedside manner and should definitely NOT be a pediatric dentist! I have recieved so many horrible stories about this place from other parents in the area, and would never recommend them to anyone!

Staff is not knowledgable on children with special needs/ medical conditions. Require specialist medical clearance for a routine cleaning and filling. Good grief!! Run....fast!!

The staff were very nice to me and my four children. The office is not very up to date, but my children did like being next to one another while getting their teeth cleaned.

The staff is great and they offer great service. Dr. Garcia is the best dentist Ive ever had. He has excellent bedside manner and I wouldnt want to go to anyone else.

Omg kids laying on tables lined up.........filthy bottoms of tables.I had no idea what they even said to me......god forbid they had to use a drill
