I was taken on the day we called on an emergency basis bc of a severe toothache! My appt was for 3:30. I was called in @4:00. I had a panaramic x-ray taken then brought to another room where individual x-rays were done. I then went to an exam room where a female Dr. Came in to review what I needed done. Her name is Dr. Judy Delgado & looked as though she was no more than 18! She was absolutely great in listening to my concerns then showing me on a tv screen in front of me what was actually wrong and what her recommendations for me were. I was then led out to an office where a treatment plan had been developed. I soon realized that the woman who scheduled my appt. (Obv from a central location) had mistakingly put me in for a new patient evaluation and not for an emergency extraction. Once explaining myself the woman went and spoke to Dr. Delgado who spoke w/ another dentist & they decided to take care of my concerns right then, Thank God! They brought me to a procedure room where an assistant took my blood pressure which was very very high so we had to try and get it to come down some before they could numb me. After about half an hour and three more attempts Dr. Delgado came in & we talked for a while then she took my blood pressure & it had come down. She explained she was going to use a numbing agent that didnt have epinephraine in it bc of my blood pressure. She promptly numbed me up really well & ten minutes later she extracted my tooth w/in seconds. She gave me a prescription for antibiotics & explained how important it was for me to take all the medication and something for pain. Except for the mix-up it proved to be a really great dental experience (if thats possible) and Dr. Delgado was awesome. I would highly recommend her to anyone looking for a confident, kind , caring, and knowledgeable Dentist! The entire staff was excellent and the facility was very neat and clean. My only issue was the price. I was only charged for the extraction, not all the x-rays & evaluation but at $270. For one extraction I understand why so many Americans are going out of the country to have there dental work done! An A+ experience.

I am upper 40s who never took care of my mouth had a partial for 4 years now and recently had some pain and needed one more tooth pulled , problem was that this tooth held the lower in place and with it going the partial had basically become unwearable. Sadly only options was removal of what was left and go with a full upper and lower denture. Had the tooth pulled due to pain and had for sit down with Heather and Dr Victoria going over options for what we could do. they had four different options of dentures and explained to me that it would be six months before the implants could be installed to hold dentures in place . bargain hunters need to apply and really who would when it comes to your pain and comfort I went with the best set of dentures and looking at at least 4 implants . give or take over 10 grand and comes with solid warranty and all the visits i need. Last Tuesday was the big day after three visits to set everything up. Dr V and her staff were amazing many shots and i left with a new beginning have been back twice already for touch ups and follow up adjustments . planning on going back once a week for the next five weeks as we prepare for the final step when my jaw bone is ready for implant , i give Dr V ,Office Mgr Heather and Customer service reps who have always answered my questions with a smile. a top star rating BOTTOM LINE YOU GET WHAT YOU PAY FOR

Horribly....horribly over priced. Walked in and was supposed to have my wife go first, and me second. We were late because of traffic on US19 (go figure). Instead, the office "Manager?" Told us, and was rude about it by the way, sorry cant see her. Instead of going her paperwork for the next visit, he decided it apparently wasnt worth his time. I got in, and the person who did my X-rays had the personality of a mop (yes I know they have a lot to do, but come on..) The actual dentist was the best part of this, and the only reason Im giving 1 star. She answers all of our questions, and tells us in detail what needs to be done. As I mentioned, this place is amazingly overpriced. I went to this place and they wanted 8K...yes thats eight thousand dollars for all of the work I need done. My original dentist, before I came to this ridiculous place, wasnt going to charge me anything even close to that outrageous pricing I received. But dont worry, if you have "great credit" you can make payments...yeah right. Id give this office a negative number of a rating. I will never...and let me make this perfectly clear...NEVER tell ANYONE IN THEIR RIGHT MIND to come to this place for any type of work. Im making a drive to Largo for my old dentist office now, because at least they treat me like a person there, instead of a piece of money. Good riddance to bad rubbish.

Staff seemed nice enough from my first visit. I guess I have a small mouth because the xray process was the most uncomfortable part of the visit. The pieces that went in my mouth cut into my gums and the roof of my mouth-creating sores. I was just told to bite harder because they cant get a good shot...Oh, Im sorry. Is my pain making your job harder?? I signed to opt out of some $70 cancer screening they recommend everyone get tested for. (already tested) Its on my treatment plan Biggest headache was billing. Apparently, my insurance must not cover anything (their words not mine) when she showed my my treatment plan because it took a mere $250 off my almost $4000 summary. Went home and compared all the codes to my coverage book - It should only cost under $1000. (a $3000 mistake?!) Called the dentist back told them that my treatment plan is incorrect. They said the computer does all the work and just plugs in the insurance $ amounts. Its correct. Called my insurance and gave them all the codes they wanted to perform and what they said about it - my agent was so shocked about the mistake he 3-wayed them and made a ruckus. I went in to go pick up my *new* treatment plan and its still wrong. I give up. If they cant get a simple thing like this correct I dont want them messing with my teeth.

HORRIBLE new patient experience. I already had an established dentist but had to leave because they did not take my insurance. Aspen is a network provider for Cigna. I had an appointment well in advance. I showed up 10 min early to do the paperwork. There were 5 other patients in the waiting room and no one at the counter. I was there almost 30 min before being acknowledged and starting paperwork. 45 min after arriving I was seen by the x-ray tech who was VERY nice and considerate. I then stood in the hall waiting for an available room. Finally, I was taken to a room and a hygienist (very nice as well) met me...I then waited quite some for the Dr. When she saw me she was hurried and dismissive and very difficult to understand. Then I waited, and waited and waited for someone to come back and actually do the cleaning. I finally walked out after an hour and a half of additional waiting. I had an 11am appointment and I walk out (furiously) at 1:30. Absolutely unacceptable. I have never had such an experience anywhere. Very disappointed.
