They seem so friendly and warm until you decide, for any reason, to go to a different eye doctor, and then they are rude and cold and their behavior is not only unprofessional but they also engage in the illegal practice of forcing you to sign a release form in order to pick up your prescription. Or maybe it is only Cynthia I-dont-know-her-last-name who is rude and cold. She said Cynthia on the phone and behaved inappropriately towards my mother, even after I told her I was too sick to come in and pick up the rx myself. She made my mom sign a release form which is ILLEGAL and she made snide remarks about Medicaid. I am assuming that the woman who was rotten to my mom is also this Cynthia person who thrives on cruelty! (Ha!) Maybe she should take a moment to consider what might be going on in a patients life, esp. after informed that this person is ill. Maybe she should take a moment to consider what this now gladly former patient s illness might be (perhaps the patient is undergoing a breast CANCER biopsy) and then take another moment to get fired and pack her things. I hope theres just one Cynthia there and everyone else is kind regardless of whether or not you go there for your eye exams. But its not just about Cynthia. THEY ARE BREAKING THE LAW.

This office management should be embarrassed the way their office is being ran! They have people answering the phone with incorrect information! I was told that I could be emailed my eye prescription. Which that sounded a little funny but I was happy that it could be so it would save me a trip. Well I never got the email so I call back to see what hold up was and I got a guy! He told me that that was incorrect information and the girl I talked to was new. Smh ridiculous! So I go up there to get my prescription and it was expired. So the receptionist at the desk, she was white and wore glasses, spelled expired incorrectly! Like really? You provide paperwork all day everyday! She spelled it "Expiried"

I was thrilled that this clinic was open on a Saturday, so I called 3 days ahead and made an appointment for 11:50 am. Over the course of waiting for an hour and a half, I was told multiple times that the doctor was either ready to see me, or she would be with me in about 5 minutes. Finally, at 1:05, I was again told that the doctor was ready to see me. When I went back, she was with yet another patient, not ready to see me. I finally left at 1:15 without having seen the doctor. I would think that your appointments would have priority over walk-ins, but that doesnt seem to be the case here. I definitely wouldnt recommend this clinic to anyone.

I found my experience here quite pleasant. The staff was very friendly and helpful. I was a little nervous at first because of other reveiws, but I found Cynthia to be a wonderful person. Maybe she was having a bad day when Alison Jauss was there. Maybe Alison should take a moment to consider what might be going on in a persons life. The only reason I am giving this 4 stars is because my wait time was longer than expected. Next time I will make an appointment.

Cancelled my appointment and walked out of the office after waiting for walk-ins go first before your appointment time. This was the second year in a row. Last year I waited 45 minutes past my appointment time. This time I did not give it that long. I warned that when I made an appointment I expected the clinic to honor the appointment, which they did not!

I have been there several times and always had a great experience. recently a friend of mine had a work related injury involving dust particles getting into his eyes. he was very concerned about what had happened and later related to me how glad he was that he went and how the doctor explained everything to him and what to expect. Great experience.

The staff was extremely rude. Told me on phone they were wheelchair accessible but they are not. Tried to bill her insurance for test they couldnt even perform. They will tell you anything on the phone to get you in there. They should be shut down.

Dr. Amerine is a very courteous and warm eye doctor who took the time to actually talk to me and answer my questions (getting to be pretty rare today). Only had to wait 10 minutes or so to be seen so I consider this to be a plus as well.

The front desk staff was great, the doctor not so much. He put drops in my eyes without telling me what they were and what he was doing and barely spoke to me. A little more bedside manner would be nice.
