Im very dissatisfied with the customer service. When I came back after my eye exam to pick up my contacts during lunch, I was walking up to the door, and one of the employees looked at me and locked the door. There was a sign on the door saying that they were closed for lunch from 12-1, but that irritated me enough to find a new eye doctor. When I went back the second time to get my contacts. I was the only one in the store, and had to wait 15 min. before I could talk to anyone. Once I was greeted the employee was nice enough, but she was the same one that locked me out. I wont be back.

Fine Sunshine

They do not have good customer service skills: 1. The girl made a joke about how she got my right and left contacts mixed up and she thinks she fixed it. 2. I paid for my contacts with cash and someone had to go out to their car in order to give me my change. 3. Their business hours state they are open on Saturdays but when I went up there, only the eye doctor was there and he told me I had to come back on Monday because his staff was not there.

I love this Dr. He listen to and helped me make the right choice. The staff was wonderful. I will return for future visits. Answered all my questions and concerns. Turning 46 this year and going through site changes. FYI. Listen to your Dr.
