After years of mediocre-to-bad service from a local eye clinic chain in the area, I finally decided enough was enough and I would take my business to a new clinic. One quick web search brought up St. Croix Vision Center, so I decided to give them a call. The lady who answered the phone was extremely nice and able to schedule an appointment for me--for the next day--that worked perfectly with my schedule. This came as a pleasant surprise, seeing as though I had a condition with my hybrid contact that was in need of urgent attention, and I had played phone tag with my previous clinic for days only to find out they wouldnt be able to see me for weeks. Well, St. Croix Vision Center was off to a good start -- and it only got better. The receptionist was very friendly and welcoming, not only in my initial visit but also each subsequent visit. Each time that I have been in they have been able to start the appointment within five or so minutes -- I waited 45 minutes plus multiple times at my old clinic. While being examined, Dr. Seyller and all of her staff are friendly, informative and really do a great job of making you feel welcomed. There was no rudeness or talking down to, as I had been accustomed to. It really is a great atmosphere. Getting into the technical aspects of my visits, Dr. Seyllers solutions have worked fantastically. Rather than screwing around with fitting me herself for a special "hybrid" lens -- like my past clinic attempted, and failed, four separate times over a two-year period -- Dr. Seyller straight-up recommended I see a special clinic that specializes in those types of lenses. Understanding the high cost of said lens was out of my price range at the time being, Dr. Seyller was able to accommodate for my situation and get me into a special daily lens that has worked extremely well for me. This was only for my right eye; my left -- more normal -- eye, she was able to prescribe a new type of lens that has also improved my vision. Lastly, St. Croix Vision Center is highly affordable. Not only have I received much better service, but I have received it at a lower cost. I thoroughly recommend St. Croix Vision Center for your optical needs.

Absolutely the best out there for eye care hands down. Dr. Seyller is absolutely amazing and extremely friendly, that is very much there to make sure that you are taken care of. She will make sure that any questions you have are answered, and she goes above and beyond. Dr. Seyller and her team makes sure youre happy with the prescription/glasses, contacts, exams, or services that youre there for. The whole experience there is very friendly and extremely reassuring. The whole team is very helpful from start to finish. From the first call or stop in/by, they take care of you by all means. Ive been wearing glasses for 31 years and I wont go anywhere else. Especially since I found Dr. Seyller and her team. I say team because, they truly are very wonderful individuals that have come together like a cohesive family. Kudos, Thank-you, and God Bless...

St Croix Vision recently changed ownership. I was not a big fan of the former staff and had actually moved to another vision care center. I made an appointment at St Croix due to Holiday time constraints. I was pleasantly surprised to meet Dr Wendy Seyller, the new owner and her new staff. Dr Seylier has clearly taken everything up a notch at St Croix Vision. The pace is faster, more professional and Dr Seyller is both entertaining, engaging and very professional. St Croix Vision is my new vision care home. By the way I ordered new glasses on Wednesday and they arrived on Thursday. HIghly recommended.

First time visit in years and everyone was pleasant and helpful, however, I think it is more professional to ask first if I would let a student do most of the exam. Great you provide a service to student but nothing can replace years of experience and expertise for reassurance and quality. Especially upsetting since it has been years since I had an eye exam. When the doctor did show up she was dressed, I thought, inappropriate heavy eye shadow, low cut dress, silver sparkly nylons, etc.. She looked very beautiful and great but I thought it was not very professional.

Staff is so friendly and helpful. Dr. Seyller is fantastic. My husband came in with an unknown detached retina and she quickly detected it and saw that we were immediately seen by a retinal specialist. He is fine thanks to her quick diagnosis. The optical section has a huge selection of glasses and the staff is very knowledgeable and helpful especially when you have know idea what will look good on you. It is THE place to go to for all you optical needs. I live in White Bear Lake and wouldnt go anyplace else.

I love these guys! They have been really friendly and helpful each time Ive gone in. Also, their diagnostics are superior to other offices where Ive been a patient. The prescription I got from them provided lenses that give me much clearer vision than the last one from another provider. I also like the way the doctor spoke to me--I like to ask a lot of questions and she definitely knows her stuff! I will stick with St. Croix Vision Center for sure and highly recommend them.

All tests are explained in a manner that is easy to understand; I appreciate seeing the "pictures" on the screen which is very helpful. The support staff are always very friendly and helpful.

Went in to get new glasses. Found out I have cataracts and will have surgery in a couple months. No sense in getting new glasses until after the surgery. I had them adjust my current glasses and an older pair I use as backup. Great service and this was on a Saturday! I will return after the surgery.
