Good Grief !! Making an appointment just should NOT be such a major hassle. Before making the appointment, I verified that they were a member of my insurance group (MetLife). Yet when I called, the woman I TRIED to make an appointment with insisted, rudely, that they did NOT accept MetLife vision insurance. Got the runaround from more people there. Finally ended up with an appointment, but really I should have just gone elsewhere. My spouse had gone there before, and the experience was not much better. We will be going elsewhere from now on.

I had a great first experience here!! I hadnt been to the eye doctor in years so I was a little nervous but everyone was so friendly. When I was in th exam room being asked which lense looked more clear, the gentlemen (I think his name was Len) was so patient and really took his time. I honestly valued that because the last time I went to the eye doctor, they rushed me through the entire process and I couldnt even tell which lense actually looked clearer. I will be back for my future visits!!

The best staff and eye doctor I have ever experienced. I had Cataract surgery on both eyes and all went very well. They made sure I was comfortable and never once did I experience any anxiousness. All follow up care has been informative, on time, and all questions and concerns answered. I never felt rushed or had any worries. Thank you,Associated Eye Care. I highly recommend for everyones eye care. I am excited to get my new glasses soon.

Ive been coming to Associated eye care since 2005. I started at Stillwater and was thrilled to find out when I moved to North Branch that there was an office in Forest Lake, then the new clinic was built in Hugo. Ive always felt comfortable with the staff and Dr Park and know the health of my eyes is top priority.

Rude, incompetent staff, paid over $600 for a set of glasses that were the wrong prescription, I was told "youll get use to them". I ended up paying for a second eye exam at a different provider and got a totally different prescription. My family and I will never go back to this place.
