The doctors are great, however the staff and business can be improved. They have not been able to keep my insurance straight even after giving it to them on multiple occasions in the office. Therefore, I have been getting bills that have no insurance adjustment. Calling them to correct the problem is worse because I get the answering machine most of the time. I have been trying for the last month to call them and have received no live person. Im almost tempted to just go to the clinic again. The last time I went in to address the billing issue for a separate dependent, the employee was not on the premise. I dont recommend this place.

The quality was great, its a very nice place with a wonderful doctor. I had an issue with being billed instead of my insurance. The same day I sent an email about my situation and what happened, my letter had passed through the company and I was contacted by a wonderful lady who proceeded to work through my problem with me and gave me several months of contacts for free because of my trouble. I have never received such a level of customer service with any doctor of any specialty in my life and I will be returning to this clinic for sure. They pride themselves on having the best customer satisfaction and it really shows.

After a car accident left me with a TBI and no where to turn for help, my chiropractor Dr. Beth from Whole Health Chiropractic suggested & encouraged me to check out Dr. Cole & his whole team at Woodbury Eye Care Clinic, specifically their SPMI clinic. This program is one of the few in the twin cities that really knows what theyre doing with regards to treating people with TBIs. I would absolutely recommend to anyone wanting a caring and sensitive staff for either eye care or in the treatment of TBIs and ADD / ADHD to go to Woodbury Eye Care Clinic. I would give 0 stars if this were an option. Unbelievabley horrible service. I waited over 6 weeks for glasses. When they finnaly arrived the frames were badly warped and needed to be sent back. If thats not enough Ive been waiting for a refund for months! Every time I call Im told the manager is unavailable but will call me back. What a joke. Do your self a favor go anywhere else.
