First of all, the doctors are great: 5 stars to them. The weird experience my wife and I had with the other staff though make this a 2 star. So, they dont do payment plans on glasses, but they do push a third party option which is basically a legit state sponsored no interest credit card for medical expenditures. Cool right? Not when the staff puts you on to a scam loan web site that has nothing to do with said card, is super ignorant to the whole damn process and encourages you to enter in your PERSONAL INFORMATION on said scam loan web site. So... If this doesnt affect your ocular experience thats cool. Just dont let them try to sign you up for any programs. They dont know what theyre doing. At all. But the doctors are great! :)

I highly value Dr. Mark Hennens expertise and always taking time to answer questions and provide a thorough eye exam. Sue, who handles contact lens ordering, delivers exceptional customer service. Ive had mixed experiences with the opticians and their level of customer care and knowledge. Overall, great private practice that is cost-competitive, caring of its patients and has a great selection of eyeglasses.

The safety glasses I purchased one year ago from Dakota Eye Care have developed stress cracks on the top and bottom in one lens. The glasses were never exposed to any harsh environments. I took them in for repair/replacement to Dakota Eye Care and said they could not help in any way. I will not be getting eye examinations or purchasing eye wear from them again.

Sue,the person who fits patients with contact lenses, is fantastic! I could not believe the amount of time she spent with me trying to get the perfect lens. I have never had such a positive experience with contact lens fitting! Definitely recommend it.
