Terrible! I went to get the gaps in my teeth bonded and he upcharged me to replace a few of my fillings. Which is fine, however they never told me that they are out-of-network for EVERY insurer. What a bunch of crap. Then the job he did bonding my teeth was terrible. The gap was in the front and he made on tooth significantly larger and the line done the center is crooked. People have mentioned it to me since I got the work done and I am just as insecure about it as before. I even mentioned it to him while I was in the chair and all he said was "yes, one is bigger than the other." When I tried to explain this to the collections lady, she told me she was surprised and offered no remedy. Instead sent me a bill with a finance charge! Ha! I wont be paying them a penny for this.

I have been a patient since I moved to MN in 2002. I have always received the best of care. The staff is also very friendly and personable. I had to relocate to TX for my job in 2014 but I still come to MN for my dental care. Dr Raymond is that good! I did not want to go through the hassle of trying to find another dentist and starting over again. I would highly recommend Dr Raymond if you are looking for a dentist. You wont be disappointed. I have been a patient for 15 years

We had to leave the practice as we moved out of the state. I saw a new dentist today who said my dental work was "beautiful" and looked like it was done yesterday - in reality some of these crowns have been here many years. You can a pay a person for their ideas, knowledge, ability to assemble a team, and command of business and ability to execute. You can pay them with money, prestige, power and a corner office. But there is no amount of money, prestige or power you can a pay a person to care. It is binary, either you care or you don’t. Dr. Raymond really cares and it shows in his work!!! Dr. Raymond is not only an A++++ dentist but an A+++++ person too!!.

Scheduling has been easy with reminders sent 2 weeks prior to your appointment. I choose to go to Dr. Buzz because of his excellent reputation and I do not have dental insurance.
