This office was taken over by Dr. Weddell after the previous dentist retired. From the minute he arrived he pushed me to get crowns on my front even though I wasnt experiencing any discomfort and it would be purely cosmetic. It came as a surprise given the previous dentist never mentioned it and even sat me down for a formal consultation to let me know my teeth were in great shape. So reluctantly, I finally said I was ready to get the crowns. Thinking the first appointment would be a consultation on the process (or at least a phone call from him) on what to expect and what important permanent aspects to consider, I get there and hes ready to shave my teeth down right then. I was almost in tears. I used to LOVE going to the dentist, but now all I think about is how money hungry they are to push costly procedures without professional, informative consultation. The final straw, was getting a collection call, six months after a teeth cleaning to let me know my new insurance didnt cover my cleaning and that I would have to pay out of pocket until the deductible was reached. To be fair, they didnt know my insurance changed until I arrived for the appointment and I moved 4 months after the cleaning, so if they sent a letter it could have been lost, but the annoying part, was NO ONE CALLED ME TO LET ME KNOW THIS WAS AN ISSUE! No, just to let you know youll now have to pay out of pocket for the cleanings from here on out or hey, Kate, we really appreciate your business and want to let you know that since your insurance changed, we do show a balance for you.... No, the call was "your insurance, blah, blah, blah, so that balance of $181 is your responsibility (like Im 12), so if you could call to clear this up because its been outstanding since April. SERIOUSLY! Seriously! Like Ive never paid my dental balances before. You do realize youre still in the customer service business, right? The only good part about this office was my dental hygienist, Deb. She was the best. Ill miss her.

Dr. Weddell is always friendly and helpful, has a quiet sense of humor, and his staff is friendly and competent. He has a nice touch and makes sure that all my visits are virtually pain free. My hygienist also has a gentle touch. At other places Ive been to, the teeth cleaning has been the most painful part. I would highly recommend Dr. Weddell and his practice to anyone looking for a good dentist.

I called because of a broken tooth. My appointment was prompt to help rectify the situation. A temporary was placed with a follow-up appointment needed for the final crown to be installed, which only took a few minutes to complete. The work was more than satisfactory, and my tooth and mouth feel great. Thanks for the help.

Dr. Weddell and staff are fantastic! If you are looking for a family friendly experience with the most up to date dental technology this is the place. They truly care about your dental health. If you have children of any age, I strongly recommend this office. They really cater to make dental health a great experience.
