Lost a filling in my tooth, a big one in the back of the tooth right next to my eye tooth. Went in to get it filled on 8/8/2012 and they would not see me due to owing them $275.00 from March 2012 due to a previous filling they did on one of my front teeth. Informed them that I had contacted the Minnesota Attorney General about this bill due to Delta Dental refusing to pay (even after appeal by the dentist) and I had not heard back from them. The reason Delta Dental refused to pay for the filling in March was because: we dont pay for fillings in a tooth more than once every 24 months, and the filling fell out of my front tooth prior to the 24 month mark! I let the attorney Generals office know I was not going to run around with a big hole in one of my front teeth because of a crummy contract designed by Delta Dental and their lawyers! Delta Dental is more than happy to take your premium but want to line their pockets with that money rather than pay it out in benefits. Now I have this other huge filling that fell out of another of my upper teeth. I explain all this about the Attorney General to the lady behind the counter that the bill is gonna sit until I receive an answer from the Attorney General and Delta Dental. She dont care: We want payment. Well, I said, that aint gonna happen. And then I walked out. This is not the first time these people have hounded me about money. I now sincerely believe that Park Dental is on par with Dental Dental as far as being a bunch of money grubbers who really dont care about the person behind the checkbook (or credit card).

Enjoyable experience with my teeth cleaning today with Penny! Dr Schillings was wonderful as well and answered all my questions. Have been going here since a child and wouldnt go anywhere else!
