Ok not the worst experience of my life, and the people are really friendly but.... because of insurance we ordered two pair of glasses from this place. I was told 7-9 business days for them to come in. I called on the 9th business day. I was told to come on in. I got there and neither pair of glasses was ready. I was told come back Tuesday. So I went back at noon on Tuesday 12 business days after I was told 7-9. My glasses were not ready at noon. I was told the lenses were still on UPS. I had been told in my prior visit they were there but just not installed. Later on Tuesday I received a text message your glasses are ready". I was at work. I went back today to pick up both pair of glasses, only to find one of the pair of glasses was shorted. That pair was to have both clear and tinted lenses. Only the tinted lenses were there and I was told they would have order the clear lenses. I will never use this place again, while the people are nice, I can receive items by mail from across the country overnight, 13 business days later I do not have my full order that was paid with FSA card up front to the tune of several hundred dollars. Its all business and they will never have mine again. They get 2 stars only because the people were nice even though incompetent.

I will forever be indebted to this practice. My daughter poked my eye on a weekend and I was going crazy trying to get an opthamologist to see me on a weekend. No ER had any eye doctor on call, no practice would accept new patients for urgent eye care on weekends. I was so desperate because of the sheer pain. And then I went to Total Eye Cares website and called and the answering machine gave me a number to call in case of ocular emergencies. Even though I was a new patient and the number was intended for existing patients, I left a message explaining my plight. I got a call within the next 20 mins and Dr Green was kind and attentive to my needs. She asked me to meet her at the clinic and took care of me immediately. One of the friendliest, nicest doctors ever, she provided me with instant relief. Even though this practice is farther than some other practices, I am sold. I am not going anywhere else. Thanks Dr. Green. You just made me believe in the goodness of human beings all over again...cuz I thought the US healthcare system was beyond repair if you have to have already been registered as a patient at a practice, and if you have to choose a date within office hours on a weekday, BEFORE you go and hurt yourself.

Been a regular at this office (as well as the Keller location) for many years and am of the opinion that a sixth star is necessary. From exceptional service regarding my familys often unique optical needs, to providing a product that drastically exceeds expectations, this practice truly merits and deserves its outstanding reputation. Sadly, there are always those of an undeserved entitlement that find it necessary to discredit and leech the benevolence of others. I, however, cement my claim (along with the many-years-worth of other satisfied patients) by stating that I will continue to recommend this practice to anyone in need of optical health.

I had a great visit, nice office, generally pleasant atmosphere. However, I came to update my contact lens prescription and perhaps get new glasses. It has taken 5 phone calls and 2 and a half weeks to try to get my prescription. I am still trying today and plan to send a complaint to the FTC over this awful practice. Totally unreasonable that I have to call and beg to be mailed my prescription. They blamed me when I left a comment on Facebook, which is unprofessional and immature. Hopefully this business can get it together enough to provide proper eye care so patients dont have to walk around with old prescriptions for months at a time.

I tried to make an appointment as a new patient online.....no response. I then tried calling. Spoke to a gentleman to did not seem all to familiar with the process and then said someone would call me back shortly after verifying my insurance to book an appointment....never heard another word.....They must be so busy and disorganized that they cannot take new patients. I called Colleyville Vision Associates down the road and they were very polite and efficient and had me booked in 2 minutes ! Now that is customer service!

Buyer Beware...Company says one thing and does another. If you are looking for designer frames they will add additional costs and say that your insurance doesnt cover them when in fact they do. They played this game with me on some Oakley frames. When questioned they became extremely defensive and wouldnt even return my calls. Take note of their "no owning the issue" responses to reviews and you will see what we all are talking about!

He has provided excellent care to me and always takes the time to answer any of my questions. His staff is well trained and they keep everything on schedule which I really appreciate. Dr Driscoll and Charise were so kind and helpful to me and my husband. They never rushed us and took time to explain things to us. The staff made us feel very welcomed and were very helpful too us. They also have a large supply of frames in stock to pick from, And a staff to help you pick the correct frames for your face.

My eyesight has not been as good as it should be since I got my new glasses with the prescription I was given from Total Eye Care. I truly feel that I was given an incorrect prescription, personally will not be going back here. Also I felt the selection of frames was slim.

Would give them zero stars if possible. Rude staff. Worst customer service in the metroplex. WAY overpriced. I mean by 40% more. If you got good service or a quality product it might be worth it but that is not the case. Take your business somewhere else.

The whole staff was very nice and helpful with the whole process. I highly recommend coming here if you are someone who has never really gotten their eyes checked or if you are a new glasses wearer like I am. My experience was excellent!
