Doctor and staff failed to tell me that since my injury was due to a vehicle accident they take nothing but self pay. They told me this AFTER they had already had me dressed and on the table ready for the procedure. Like it was no big deal for me to fork out hundreds on the spot when i have perfectly good health insurance that would have paid 100%. If that is their policy then fine, but I was not asked when they called to schedule me, nor was I asked at the front desk when i checked in and filled out new patient paperwork. They literally waited to ask until I was in a gown ready for the procedure. Now I will have to miss another week of work because the soonest I could get in elsewhere was a week, it set back my treatment and healing process and wasted a day my mom took off to drive me there since it involved Anesthesia. I have no clue whether this doctor is good or not, but I will not be back due to this and I highly recommend no one else go through the same ordeal!

I was happy with my appointment with the doctor yesterday. She help me to better understand the sources of my condition and understand my treatment options as well without the pressure I get from other physicians to undergo procedures. I think I will see the physician again to continue my care.

Dr. Bhandari is extremely detailed and informative when explaining things to her patients. She is absolutely one of the best doctors I have ever dealt with and her bedside manner is second to none. I would absolutely recommend her to anyone who is experiencing spinal pain issues.

While Dr. Bhandari is excellent and her nurses and assistants are very competent and carring. The front desk staff is so rude, aggravating and unhelpful that I can not recommend the doctor because you have to deal with the staff.
